Anupama update Saturday 8 February 2025

Anupama: The episode begins with Anupama searching through Aadhya’s belongings in her room. She finds a photo of them together, hugs it, and places it inside a diary. While flipping through a book, she discovers a letter from Aadhya. In the letter, Aadhya apologizes for hating and hurting Anupama, admitting that after being away, she realized how loving her foster parents were—more than their own children. She regrets not understanding their love and trying to separate them. She expresses how much she misses and loves them, uncertain if she will escape her current situation. She prays that in her next life, Anupama and Anuj will be her parents again.

Reading the letter, Anupama breaks down in tears, expressing how unbearable life is without Aadhya. She longs for her, missing her every moment.

Meanwhile, Viren tries to explain to Megha that a fight broke out at the girls’ hostel, involving the police. If he leaves, the police might suspect him of running away. Megha argues that they shouldn’t have brought Aadhya back. Viren insists he couldn’t leave her with Priya because of Megha’s condition. Aadhya, however, silently thanks God for bringing her back to her mother.

Anupama, overjoyed that Aadhya no longer hates her, decides to share the news. As Viren, Megha, and Aadhya return home, Megha warns Aadhya not to unpack, as they may leave again soon. As they enter, they sense something is off.

At another location, Baa ensures everything is perfect for a guest, questioning Kinjal about the arrangements. Toshu reassures them that he will handle everything in Vanraj’s absence, though Baa taunts him. Kinjal sympathizes with Meenu’s situation.

Back at Megha’s house, Megha and Aadhya notice a strange reflection. Megha, frightened, grabs a vase and pulls back the curtain, only to find a teddy bear. Meanwhile, Anupama, having heard their arrival, hides inside a cupboard. Viren discovers an open window and suspects an intruder. A guard informs them that a woman had inquired about them earlier but left upon learning they weren’t home. Megha, suspecting Anupama, believes she came to steal something, but Viren reminds her that Anupama is a renowned chef. Aadhya realizes that Anupama had come for her and feels determined to reunite with her.

In another household, a groom’s parents make a remark about their son-in-law being a “ghar jamai.” Titu defends his decision to stay with Dimpy and Ansh, arguing that if a bride can live in her in-laws’ house, a groom should have the same right. Meanwhile, Meenu struggles with visitors coming to see her.

Later, Aadhya and Megha return to Aadhya’s room, where Megha stumbles. Aadhya reassures her and helps her sit down. She then opens the cupboard and finds Anupama hiding inside. Overwhelmed with emotion, Aadhya quickly devises a plan to create a distraction—she intentionally tears her lehenga and tells Megha that she can’t wear it anymore. While Megha goes to fix it, Aadhya locks the door and embraces Anupama.

Aadhya tearfully apologizes to Anupama for all the hurtful things she said and did. She acknowledges how Anupama always protected her, yet she failed to recognize her love. She believes she is being punished for her mistakes. Anupama, however, focuses on how to get Aadhya out safely. Aadhya reveals that while she isn’t physically harmed, Megha is mentally unstable, seeing her as her deceased daughter Priya and threatening self-harm if Aadhya leaves. She pleads with Anupama to take her away.

As Megha knocks on the door, Aadhya panics, fearing she will be left alone again. Anupama reassures her and quickly devises a plan for her to attend the Janmashtami festival, where she will create an opportunity for them to escape. She instructs Aadhya to keep her contact details safe.

When Aadhya finally opens the door, Megha questions why she took so long. Aadhya lies, saying she was trying on clothes in the washroom. Megha notices her swollen eyes, but Aadhya makes an excuse. Megha also realizes the lehenga was deliberately torn, but Aadhya pretends she didn’t like the color and asks for a new one. Megha agrees and leaves to prepare food for her.

Once alone, Anupama emerges from the cupboard, apologizing for leaving Aadhya now but promising to rescue her soon. She vows to reunite Aadhya with Anuj and make things right.
