My Desire: The episode begins with Kashvi confronting Arjun, asking why he stepped in front of her car. Aditya intervenes, revealing that he was following her and questioning why she ran away from her mehendi function. He asks if she is unhappy with the marriage, reminding her that she agreed to marry him for Karun’s sake, as he feels safe with him and they can provide him a happy and peaceful life together. Aditya assures her that if she doesn’t want to marry him, he will take responsibility and tell everyone he wants to back out.

Kashvi acknowledges that Aditya is a good person but admits to herself that her thoughts are consumed by Arjun. She tries to suppress her emotions, apologizes to Aditya, and insists she doesn’t want to cancel the wedding. She tells him they should go home. Aditya asks if she is happy, but she avoids the question and repeats that they should leave. Watching Kashvi drive away, Aditya realizes that if he hadn’t stopped her, she might have seen Kamal. He decides to prioritize handling Kashvi before dealing with Arjun.

Meanwhile, Dr. Mathur examines Kamal and declares his condition critical. Arjun questions why, considering he had undergone surgery. Dr. Mathur explains that Kamal was removed from the hospital prematurely, leading to internal injuries and an infection. Nitya urges them to let the doctor proceed with his treatment.

At home, Isha tells Kashvi that her lehenga has been pressed. Just then, Karun trips and falls onto Micky, spilling tea on the lehenga. Kashvi quickly checks if Karun is okay, and he reassures her. Isha points out the ruined lehenga, and Aditya offers to buy a new one. Kashvi initially refuses, but Isha and Romila convince her to go. As they leave, Micky comments that Kashvi is unhappy. Monty observes that she loves Arjun but is marrying Aditya for Karun’s sake. Micky wishes they could do something to help.

As Aditya and Kashvi head to the mall, Arjun sees them leaving and follows them. At the mall, the designer informs Aditya that his sherwani is ready. Aditya asks him to show Kashvi some lehengas to replace the spoiled one and heads to the trial room to check his sherwani. Seizing the opportunity, Arjun approaches Kashvi and criticizes both the lehenga and the groom. Kashvi tells him to leave and reminds him of what she had told Karun. She picks another lehenga, but Arjun disapproves. Kashvi then questions him about his meeting with Dr. Mathur, revealing that she saw them together. Just as Arjun is about to explain, he receives a call from Nitya informing him that Kamal’s condition has worsened, prompting him to rush away.

Aditya arrives and notices Arjun leaving in a hurry. He accuses Arjun of locking him in the trial room. Meanwhile, Arjun reaches Kamal alongside Dr. Mathur, who attempts to administer oxygen. Unfortunately, Kamal succumbs to his condition. Arjun is devastated and leaves in anguish. Micky and Monty find him crying and ask what happened. Arjun sorrowfully confesses that Kamal, his last hope, is gone, leaving him powerless to stop Aditya from marrying Kashvi. He breaks down, feeling like he has lost everything.

Back at home, Kashvi excitedly tells Aditya that their gifts will bring joy to everyone and looks forward to seeing their reactions. However, she notices the house is empty and asks Aditya if he knows where everyone is. He denies knowing anything. Kashvi tries calling them, but all their phones are switched off simultaneously, which raises her suspicions. She then discovers a letter demanding ₹10 crores in exchange for her kidnapped family.

Aditya immediately claims to know who is behind it. When Kashvi asks who, he accuses Arjun. Just then, Dadi and Karun arrive, ready for the sangeet. Kashvi informs them that the event is canceled and asks Dadi to stay home with Karun. She and Aditya then head to Arjun’s house. Upon their arrival, Arjun is confused by their presence and questions why they have come. Aditya aggressively accuses him of kidnapping Kashvi’s family and demands to know their whereabouts. Arjun is taken aback and asks what he is talking about, but Aditya remains firm in his allegations.
