Jhanak update Tuesday 18 February 2025

Jhanak: The episode begins with Jhanak receiving a call from Aditya. He mentions that he has a proposal for her and is waiting outside the hotel. He reassures her that he’s not coming to her room, knowing she has some reservations about him. Jhanak hesitates, but Aditya insists on meeting her somewhere to discuss something. He asks if she has a nice dress, suggesting that she should look presentable for a party.

Meanwhile, Anirudh urges Arshi to get ready quickly, as it’s a special day, and she should look her best. Arshi teases him about Jhanak, mentioning that she doesn’t have a car and the venue is far. Anirudh brushes it off, stating that Jhanak has people who can help her. He expresses indifference to Jhanak’s growing closeness with Aditya but acknowledges that she has become independent.

Jhanak tells Aditya she is not comfortable with the idea of meeting him, but he pressures her, asking if she doesn’t trust him. Jhanak admits that she doesn’t know him well enough to consider him a friend. Aditya offers to buy her a dress, allowing her to pay him back later. Jhanak insists that she wants to buy it herself and asks for some time.

Later, a woman arrives to visit Appu. Appu asks about Lalon, wondering why he hasn’t visited her yet. Aditya, meanwhile, hopes that he and Jhanak might become good friends. Jhanak agrees to meet Aditya but assures him she will come on her terms. He promises to wait.

Anirudh and Arshi are shopping for clothes, with Arshi picking out dresses for herself. Anirudh also picks clothes, but Arshi suggests they buy matching outfits. Meanwhile, Jhanak, feeling awkward, confesses to herself that she never thought of shopping with anyone other than Anirudh or her mother. She is conflicted about the situation.

Back at the store, Aditya pushes Jhanak to choose a dress, offering to pay for it, but Jhanak is still hesitant. Anirudh, who is shopping nearby, notices the interaction and is puzzled by Jhanak’s decision to shop with Aditya. Meanwhile, Arshi wonders why Jhanak would accept such a gesture from someone she doesn’t know well.

The episode ends with Jhanak reflecting on the past, remembering how Anirudh used to say that red and white were her colors. Now, as she chooses a white dress, she is caught between her loyalty to Anirudh and her current situation with Aditya.
