Soulmate: The episode begins with Sachin anxiously worrying about Paresh’s health. A senior doctor arrives and insists on assessing Paresh’s condition before providing any updates. Sachin, deeply concerned, explains that Paresh has never experienced chest pain before, maintains a healthy lifestyle, and regularly goes for morning walks. The doctor asks the family to step outside for a discussion.

Meanwhile, Sayali visits the temple, tearfully praying for Paresh’s recovery. Shubha and Juhi arrive and overhear her prayers, growing increasingly concerned.

The doctor later explains that Paresh has a heart blockage preventing blood flow, a critical condition requiring immediate intervention. When Roshni asks about the next steps, the doctor states that an angioplasty must be performed the same day to prevent a major heart attack. The news leaves everyone worried. Sachin, desperate, pleads with the doctor to save his father. Reassuring them, the doctor explains that treatment will restore Paresh’s health and instructs his junior to prepare the operating theater.

Renu expresses her distress over Paresh’s sudden health crisis. The doctor reiterates that surgery is essential. Tejas inquires about the medical expenses, to which the doctor responds that the procedure will cost 4 lakhs. The family is deeply troubled. The doctor insists that the payment must be deposited before the OT can be booked.

Tejas wonders how they will gather the money. Renu points out that their household runs on Sachin and Roshni’s income and that she has no earnings of her own. Meanwhile, Sayali shares her concerns about Paresh’s condition and recalls how Renu blamed her, preventing her from seeing him. Overcome with emotion, she breaks down.

Shubha defends Sayali, insisting that she is not at fault. She sympathizes with Paresh, believing that he is suffering due to his children’s mistakes. She then scolds Juhi, holding her accountable for the situation.

As Sachin wrestles with his worries, Kishor arrives to talk to him. Sayali, meanwhile, performs aarti, praying fervently for Paresh’s recovery. In the hospital, Paresh’s condition deteriorates. The doctor examines him as the family looks on with growing anxiety. Paresh eventually stabilizes. However, the doctor warns that any further delay in the surgery could be life-threatening. He asks if the payment has been made. Roshni replies that they are still trying to arrange the funds. The doctor cautions that the heart surgeon has a flight today and will not return for four days. Delaying the procedure is not an option, so they must secure the money immediately. Determined, Sachin assures the doctor that they will arrange it.

Kishor questions how they will gather the amount. Sachin, at a loss, turns to Tejas, who admits he has no funds. Roshni also states that she cannot contribute. Kishor reflects on how Paresh has always been there for others, yet now, in his time of need, there is no one to help him. Renu insists they must find a way.

Sachin starts making calls in search of financial aid. Roshni suggests that he take a loan from his office, but Tejas points out that loan processing takes time, whereas they need the money immediately. He then wonders if they can seek Shakuntala’s help, but Renu informs them that she is out of town.

Desperate, Renu urges Roshni to ask her father for financial assistance. Roshni hesitates, saying she cannot do that. Renu pressures her further, but Roshni explains that her father is not in Dubai. Instead, he has gone to a meditation camp, and she has no idea where he is. Sachin, skeptical, accuses her of lying. Roshni grows anxious.

As Sachin continues making calls, his frustration mounts. Renu, realizing that Roshni’s father is not an option, asks what their next step will be. Under pressure, Roshni fabricates a solution, suggesting they mortgage the house to raise the required funds. Sachin is stunned.
