Soulmate update Sunday 9 March 2025

Soulmate: The episode begins with Roshni preparing a healthy dry fruit milkshake. Renu smiles approvingly. Tejas, getting ready for work, mentions he will return home later to have ABC juice. Roshni praises his dedication to his job, believing he will make a name for himself. Renu agrees. Before leaving, Tejas asks for his tiffin, which Renu hands over.

Meanwhile, a man examines pictures of Roshni with Krish and Supriya before arriving at her house with a courier. Sayali calls out to Roshni, but Renu tells her that Roshni is busy. Sayali insists, stating that there’s a special parcel for her. Renu speculates that it might be a gift from Roshni’s father, Dinesh. The delivery man insists that Roshni must sign for it herself. Renu urges her to take it, curious about its contents.

Roshni signs for the envelope and claims it contains an ATM card she had applied for. Renu, unimpressed, leaves. Just then, Tejas realizes he forgot his phone at home and heads back. The delivery man urges Roshni to open the envelope. To her shock, she finds pictures of her family inside. He then connects her to Dinesh, who blackmails her for money. Roshni protests, saying she has no money, but he gives her a deadline until the next day. The man leaves.

Sayali arrives and casually asks if she should tell Renu or if Roshni wants to. She then mentions making upma and leaves, seemingly unaware of the situation. Relieved, Roshni suggests adding ghee to the dish before walking away.

Tejas returns and notices Roshni’s distress. He asks why she looks tense. She quickly diverts the topic by asking when he will receive his sales bonus. Suspicious, he asks if she needs money. Roshni claims she wants to give a bonus to the staff. Renu, overhearing the conversation, is taken aback. Tejas explains that he is still new at his job and isn’t sure if he will receive a bonus, but he will ask. Roshni thanks him.

Once Tejas leaves, Renu voices her concerns, expressing disbelief that Roshni would ask for money. She urges Tejas to find a job, but he complains that Roshni is putting pressure on him. Renu scolds him, reminding him that he is responsible for his wife’s needs. Tejas, feeling helpless, wonders how he will provide for her when he has no job. Renu reassures him that she will handle things.

Elsewhere, Sachin sits with his friends, refusing to eat at home. He complains of a headache and decides to get some vada pav. Sayali arrives with a homemade meal and urges him to eat. Anish/Anya tries to mediate between them. Sachin stubbornly refuses to give in. Sayali insists, stating that she came all the way to feed him. Anya reveals that Sachin has been running on tea all day. Sachin, annoyed, tells Sayali to leave and stop interfering in his life. However, she stands her ground and insists he eat.

Meanwhile, Shakku lends Renu ₹25,000. Renu expresses gratitude, promising to return the money once Tejas finds a job. She laments her inability to save even a single rupee. Shakku, however, hints that Renu has an opportunity to secure financial stability. She mentions Joy’s ancestral bungalow and reveals that Riya is wealthier than Roshni.

Renu, intrigued, listens as Shakku explains that Joy has made wise property investments, securing his financial future. She advises Renu to bring Akash and Riya home, warning that Akash might slip away otherwise. Renu worries about convincing Sachin and Paresh. Shakku urges her to act quickly before Akash becomes a Ghar Jamai (a son-in-law living at his wife’s home).

Back at Sachin’s gathering, Sayali presents the meal she prepared. Anya and Manya praise her cooking, enjoying the dishes. Sachin, however, remains stubborn and asks her to leave. His friend, unfazed by the tension, starts eating the food himself. Sayali simply remarks that since Sachin refuses to eat, someone might as well enjoy it.
