Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Saras arriving to meet Kumud. In her room, Kumud is overjoyed, contemplating confessing her love for Saras. She wears his mother’s anklet, smiles, and dances under the moonlight.

She wonders when Saras will arrive and whether he plans to return home. She calls him, and when he answers, she asks where he is. He teases her, saying he never promised to come.

She insists on meeting him, and he reveals he is already outside her house. Excited, she rushes to meet him but nearly falls. Kusum stops her, questioning where she is going. Kumud doesn’t reply, leaving Kusum with mixed emotions.

Kumud takes a lantern and hurries outside, where Saras is waiting. She smiles at him, and he looks at her tenderly as the song Kuch Na Kahe Bas Chup Rahe plays in the background. She shows him the anklet, which he recognizes as his mother’s.

Understanding her silent confession, he smiles. Lost in memories of their love, they move toward each other, cherishing their past moments. Just as they are about to meet, a speeding car heads toward them.

Kumud notices it first and pushes Saras away, getting hit in the process. The car speeds off, leaving Saras horrified as he sees her lying injured. He shouts for help and rushes her to the hospital, pleading with her to stay conscious.

Meanwhile, at home, Guniyal tells Badimaa that Kumud seemed genuinely happy after a long time. Kusum regrets stopping her earlier, blaming herself. Saras drives desperately to the hospital, assuring Kumud he is with her.

Upon arrival, the nurse asks him to wait outside. Saras watches through the glass, helpless. Badimaa receives a phone call and is stunned by the news, dropping the phone. Guniyal and Kusum look on in concern.

As Kumud undergoes treatment, Saras stands motionless. The family rushes in, demanding answers. Saras silently gestures towards the operation theater. Kusum panics, while Kumari asks if Kumud was seriously hurt.

Badimaa reassures Saras that Kumud will be fine. As everyone anxiously waits, the doctor emerges, informing them that Kumud’s condition is unstable but they are doing their best. Saras is devastated.

Badimaa reflects on Kumud’s words, while Vidyachatur recalls her childhood. Danny comforts a guilt-ridden Kusum, who blames herself for stopping Kumud earlier.

Danny assures her that it wasn’t her fault it was an accident. Kusum worries whether Kumud will forgive her.

Elsewhere, Yash informs Kalika about Kumud’s accident. Kalika, instead of being concerned, feels thrilled, believing this is the karma Kumud deserved. She maliciously wishes to see Kumud in pain and laughs to herself.

Back at the hospital, Saras prays in the temple while Kumud’s condition deteriorates. The doctor warns that her pulse is dropping. Saras breaks down, questioning why fate is so cruel.

He fears that just as his mother was wronged, Kumud is suffering too. Badimaa consoles him, revealing that Kumud had asked for the anklet as a symbol of a fresh start with him. Saras regrets not answering her call sooner.

Inside the operation theater, the doctor announces that Kumud needs an urgent blood transfusion, but her rare O-negative blood type is unavailable. Saras pledges to find it.

Danny and others search but come up empty-handed. Kalika approaches Saras, offering to donate her blood since she has the same type. However, she takes the opportunity to manipulate Saras, demanding he beg for Kumud’s life.

Though Saras initially resists, he ultimately pleads with her, prioritizing Kumud’s survival. Kalika agrees but takes pleasure in exerting power over him.

Yash, unaware of Kalika’s true intentions, thanks her for her selflessness. She pretends to be kind, further ingratiating herself into the family.

Meanwhile, Danny informs the police about the accident and raises suspicion about Pramad, Kumud’s estranged husband. The police begin their inquiries.

Following the surgery, the doctor solemnly states that despite their efforts, Kumud is not responding. Saras, shattered, refuses to accept this.

Vidyachatur, Badimaa, and the entire family break down in tears. Kalika, in contrast, smirks, secretly pleased with the outcome.

Badimaa urges Saras to do something, reminding him of his promise to always stand by Kumud. Overwhelmed, Saras enters Kumud’s room, pleading with her to wake up.

He reminds her of their love, their struggles, and how she taught him to live. Desperate, he confesses his deep love for her, begging her not to leave him.

He holds her hand, sobbing. Just as all hope seems lost, the monitor shows a flicker of life. Kumud’s pulse returns, and she slowly opens her eyes.

The doctor calls it a miracle. The family rejoices, while Kalika is furious at her failed scheme. Saras watches from a distance as Kumud searches for him.

Badimaa tries to bring Saras inside, but he stops, recalling his promise to stay away from her for her own good.

Kumud, recovering, calls out for Saras. He hears her but resists going to her. Instead, he retreats to the temple, thanking God for saving her.

He solemnly reaffirms his vow to stay away from her forever, believing his fate will only bring her suffering.

Badimaa visits Kumud, feeding her prasad and reassuring her that she will recover soon. Saras, standing outside, fights his emotions.

As music plays in the background, he walks away from the hospital, determined to keep his painful promise.
