Saras and Kumud: The episode of Saras and Kumud on March 14, 2025, begins with Badimaa speaking to Saraswati, asking her to help Saras find peace, as he is living only by his promises, not for himself. Guniyal arrives, questioning why such a tragedy befell Kumud. Badimaa reassures her, saying sometimes accidents reveal the true value of relationships. Guniyal agrees, noting that while the doctor had lost hope, Kumud is fine.

Badimaa then turns to Kumud and asks if she is searching for Saras. Kumud nods. Badimaa tells her that Saras is not coming because he is bound by his fears and the promise he made to her. Kumud wonders if the accident is a bad omen, but Badimaa dismisses the thought and urges her to call Saras, saying that fate wants them together.

Kumud calls Saras, but he does not answer. Meanwhile, Kumari enters and asks if Kumud likes the room, which they decorated to make her feel at home. Kumud requests that Yash, Kalika, and Yash’s mother be sent in. As Kumari leaves to call them, Kumud reflects on how the accident has brought clarity to her life.

Elsewhere, Saras tells Danny that he was the intended target and that Kumud got caught in the crossfire. He suspects Pramad and insists they must involve the police. Danny offers to handle things, but Saras decides to meet the police himself. Danny, noticing Saras avoiding Kumud, wonders why.

Yash’s mother shares a positive outlook and advises Kumud not to put herself in danger again. Kalika pretends to be emotional, but Kumud defends her, as Kalika had donated blood to her. She urges Yash’s mother to accept Kalika as part of the family, even if not in their hearts. However, Kumud warns Kalika that although she is giving her a second chance, she still does not trust her. Kalika promises to prove herself. Once alone, Kalika vows to handle everything while Kumud recovers.

Meanwhile, Saras meets with the inspector and spots the car involved in the accident. Recognizing it, he realizes it belongs to Pramad. Furious, Saras decides to take action.

The next morning, Kumud asks Kusum about Saras, but Kusum says she has not spoken to him. Kumud wonders if Saras is upset with her, but Kusum remains distant. Guniyal reassures Kumud that Kusum is just nervous. Encouraged, Kumud calls Saras again.

Saras, however, is at Pramad’s house with the police. When Kumud’s call comes, he ignores it. Spotting blood at Pramad’s place, Saras realizes that Pramad is also injured but remains determined to catch him. He angrily declares that he wants Pramad to suffer as much as Kumud did in the hospital.

Kumari, worried about Kumud, calls Saras and hands the phone to Kumud. However, Saras brushes it off, saying he will talk later and hangs up. Kumud, feeling hurt, wonders why Saras behaves this way, even when she is unwell.

Later, Kumari confronts Saras about ignoring Kumud, telling him that she is not well. Alarmed, Saras rushes to Kumud’s side, but upon seeing her fine, he calms down. Kumud, however, stops him and sarcastically asks why he even came. Saras, confused, asks what she means. She accuses him of not caring for her, to which he firmly responds that she has no right to say such things.

Kumud then challenges him, asking him to return her anklet. Saras refuses, saying it is not hers anymore. She reminds him that he gave it to her and insists that it carries his mother’s blessings. He admits he took it back because he is bound by his word. Kumud recalls his promises—to love her forever, to protect her, and to stay away from her—and pleads with him not to punish himself. Overcome with emotion, she reaches for him, but Saras hesitates. Finally, he moves toward her, takes her hand, and embraces her, realizing his mistake.

Back home, Kumud receives a warm welcome. Guniyal thanks God for her recovery, while Saras watches happily. Kalika, pretending to be kind, tells Kumud that she has cleaned her room. Vidyachatur expresses his deep attachment to Kumud, taking her to her room and recalling how she always sought his support when she was ill. Everyone gathers around her, and Saras teases that Kumud can convince anyone, even doctors, to let her leave early. Vidyachatur embraces Kumud and Saras, thanking Saras for bringing Kumud back safely.

Chandrika then announces a marriage proposal for Kusum, making everyone excited. Saras smiles, while Kusum quietly leaves, overwhelmed. Kumari assumes Kusum is just shy.

Meanwhile, Kalika manipulates Kusum, asking her to deliver clothes to Saras. Kusum hesitates but agrees. She finds Saras changing and, despite seeing his bare back, notices a wound. Instinctively, she reaches out to touch it, but Saras turns around. Flustered, he quickly wears his shirt and retrieves his mother’s anklet from Kusum. He tells her that it belongs to Kumud, which leaves Kusum heartbroken.

Kusum, devastated, leaves the room and, in private, clings to the shirt Saras was wearing. Guniyal catches her and sternly warns her not to touch others’ belongings. Kalika, pretending innocence, defends Kusum and offers to wash the shirt, commenting that Kumud’s bloodstains won’t wash away easily. As Kusum walks away in tears, Kalika smirks, plotting how to create more turmoil.

Later, Saras finds Kumud resting and playfully jingles the anklet. Kumud, hearing the sound, asks for it. He teases that even the anklet wants to stay with him, but she insists on having it. Unable to put it on herself, Saras gently helps her, filling the moment with love. She declares that she will never take it off again, no matter what. Saras smiles, and they cherish their renewed bond.

Just then, Saras receives a tense phone call. It is Pramad, taunting him for saving Kumud from the accident. Pramad coldly inquires about Kumud’s well-being. Furious, Saras tells him to stay put, promising to meet him soon. Kumud senses Saras’s anger and worries about what might happen.

Meanwhile, Kusum is on the terrace, crying. Kalika approaches her, pretending sympathy. She advises Kusum to let go of Saras, reminding her that love can make people lose everything. Kalika urges her to accept a marriage proposal, just as Kumud had to move on. Kusum, heartbroken, runs away. Kalika, pleased with her manipulation, prepares for more chaos.

Saras meets Pramad at the hospital and immediately attacks him. Pramad mocks Saras, feigning curiosity about Kumud’s condition. Saras warns him to stop taking Kumud’s name. Meanwhile, Kumud confides in Badimaa, expressing her lingering fears. Badimaa reassures her, telling her to let go of the past and embrace her happiness.

Back at the hospital, Pramad reveals that he had planned to harm Saras, but Kumud got in the way. He blames Saras for everything. Just then, a doctor informs Saras that Pramad is in the final stages of liver cirrhosis and has only a few days to live. Shocked, Saras listens as Pramad, coughing and weak, admits that he never heeded Kumud’s warnings about his drinking.

Despite his condition, Pramad remains defiant. He reminds Saras that if he dies before the divorce, Kumud will become a widow. Saras looks on, realizing the weight of the situation.
