Soulmate update Friday 14 March 2025

Soulmate: The episode begins with Sayali overhearing Sachin talking in his sleep, muttering, “Why did you cheat me?” This makes her feel sad. The next morning, Sachin wakes up and steps outside. Sayali notices him and starts taunting him. Annoyed, he asks her to stop. Shubha intervenes, telling Sachin not to take Sayali’s words to heart. She offers to bring him some tea.

Sachin apologizes for coming home drunk. Shubha scolds Sayali for taunting him. He explains that he had gone to the moneylender’s office, had an argument, and, feeling helpless, ended up drinking. He expresses regret for his actions. Sayali responds sarcastically, saying that everyone has problems but they don’t resort to alcohol to solve them. She mockingly adds that she, too, will start drinking from tomorrow.

Sachin tries to speak, but Sayali recalls his previous drunken behavior. Shubha advises him not to make drinking a habit, as it can harm his self-respect. She brings him tea. Sachin enjoys it while Sayali busies herself making garlands.

Dilip arrives and tells Sachin that Sayali gave him some clothes. Sachin jokes about it. Shubha then brings hair oil. Dilip offers to apply it to Sachin’s head, but he refuses, saying only his Aaji applies oil to him as she has magic in her hands. Sayali urges him to let Dilip do it, but Sachin declines. As he moves, he accidentally picks up the tea cup and spills it on his head. Sayali and Juhi burst into laughter. Embarrassed, Sachin asks Dilip why tea was placed there and rushes off to take a bath while everyone laughs.

Later, Sachin gets ready for a puja. He and Sayali pour Gangajal on each other, teasingly saying it will cleanse their sins. They then perform the puja together. Dilip presents a gold ring to Sachin as a shagun. However, Sachin refuses to take it, saying he doesn’t need it. Sayali insists, but he suggests using the ring for Juhi instead. Shubha insists that she got it specifically for him, but Sachin hands it over to Sayali instead.

After the rituals, they decide to burst firecrackers. Sachin tells Sayali to step aside, but she confidently declares that she is not afraid. Skeptical, Sachin challenges her. Determined to prove him wrong, Sayali lights a cracker, but as it bursts, she gets scared and instinctively hugs Sachin. The song Dil Ka Dariya plays in the background as everyone watches and smiles.

Sachin then remembers he has a lot of work and excuses himself. Sayali nods as he leaves.
