My Desire: The episode begins with Nitya expressing her happiness to Dadi and Romila, celebrating Arjun’s marriage to Meera. She claims that Arjun has found a good wife and Karun now has a caring mother. To mark the occasion, she organizes Meera’s muh dikhayi and offers sweets. However, Dadi refuses, pointing out how Arjun has ruined Kashvi’s life. Romila gets angry as Nitya taunts them for once praising Meera.

Meanwhile, Meera questions why Nitya arranged the muh dikhayi. She then notices Karun clutching his stomach in pain and rushes him to the hospital. At Bajwa House, Nitya welcomes guests for the event. Romila and Isha arrive, greeting Nitya with sarcasm. Romila remarks that they came to see how Meera will face them, while Isha accuses Nitya of betrayal. When Nitya asks a servant to bring Meera, she learns that both Meera and Karun are missing. Romila taunts her, suggesting Meera might have gone to file a police complaint against Nitya, which could land her in jail again. Frustrated, Nitya rushes to call Meera.

At the hospital, Kashvi arrives to meet Nagesh but learns he is undergoing tests due to his critical condition. Just then, she spots Meera bringing Karun in and grows concerned. The doctor examines Karun and inquires about his mother. Both Kashvi and Meera respond simultaneously. Meera clarifies that Kashvi is Karun’s biological mother while she is his stepmother. The doctor explains that Karun’s appendix is inflamed, likely due to excessive chocolate and junk food consumption. Meera blames Karun’s Dadi for indulging him. Kashvi watches Karun, emotional over being away from him for so long.

Meanwhile, Nitya’s frustration grows as she repeatedly calls Meera. Romila and the other ladies mock Nitya, comparing her to a rat and Meera to a cat. Kashvi and Meera stay by Karun’s side as he remains unconscious. Nitya keeps calling Meera, but she ignores the calls, focusing on Karun’s health. Kashvi accuses Meera of snatching her love despite knowing how much she loved Arjun. Meera begins explaining the circumstances of Mohan’s death but stops herself, recalling Arjun’s promise to keep certain things secret. Kashvi realizes that Arjun was telling the truth and feels even more heartbroken.

Nitya warns Meera to reach Bajwa House immediately, threatening to publicly insult her. When Karun, in his sleep, calls out for his mother, Kashvi gestures for Meera to comfort him. Karun insists that Meera stay with him, so Kashvi volunteers to go to Bajwa House and handle the situation. She instructs a constable to remain at the hospital.

Karun wakes up, vomits, and Meera reassures him that once he feels better, they will return home together. They watch something on a phone and share a brief moment of laughter.

At Bajwa House, Nitya gathers everyone for the muh dikhayi. Just as Romila is about to lift the veil, Nitya stops her and asks about the gift. Romila bitterly states that Meera has already taken something that never belonged to her. Kashvi, disguised, coughs to distract them and asks for water. After drinking, she realizes she must act quickly to prevent the unveiling. Just as a guest is about to see Meera’s face, the episode ends on a suspenseful note.
