My Desire: The episode begins with a lady announcing that she will perform the muh dikhayi ritual. Romila invites her inside. Kashvi starts sneezing repeatedly and complains of a cold. Romila warns Isha to keep her distance. The lady asks if the bride got drenched in the rain.

Nitya insists on performing the muh dikhayi first and placing a necklace on her daughter-in-law. She asks Meera to lift her veil, but Kashvi quickly excuses herself, saying she needs to use the washroom. Suspicious, Romila shares her doubts that someone else is under the veil, not Meera. Meanwhile, Kashvi panics in the washroom, dreading her return to the ritual. Nitya assumes Kashvi is deliberately disrespecting her. Just then, Meera, dressed in the same saree, takes her place.

Romila remains unconvinced and demands the bride reveal her face. When Nitya finally lifts the veil, everyone is stunned to see Meera sitting there. Kashvi watches from outside the door, recalling how Meera had arrived through the back door, informing her that Karun had fallen asleep due to the medicine’s effect and that she had the doctor’s approval to leave. Once the muh dikhayi is over, she would return to the hospital. Flashback ends. Nitya then places the necklace on Meera.

Later, Nitya confronts Meera, questioning her whereabouts. She asserts her authority, stating that nothing in the household happens without her approval. Meera, unbothered, reminds Nitya that she had taken Karun to the hospital as his appendix issue had worsened.

Nitya argues that Karun was fine in the morning. Meera rebukes her for feeding him chocolates for breakfast and ice cream for lunch, against the doctor’s advice. When Nitya questions her decision to take Karun to the hospital without informing her, Meera stands her ground, asserting that she is an adult capable of making responsible choices.

Arjun arrives and sees Meera walking away. When he asks Nitya about the situation, she feigns ignorance. Heading to his room, Arjun is shocked to find Kashvi there. When he questions her presence, Kashvi explains that she came for Karun and to help Meera with the muh dikhayi.

Arjun is confused. Kashvi explains the entire situation, mentioning that Karun is still in the hospital. Arjun, deeply grateful, thanks Kashvi for looking out for Karun and Meera. Kashvi, though heartbroken, states that while Karun hates her, he is still her son, and she loves him. As she turns to leave, Arjun holds her hand, but she brushes it off, saying there’s nothing left to discuss. She walks away in tears, while Arjun, equally devastated, breaks down. “Hamari Adhuri Kahani” plays in the background.

Later, Arjun tells Karun to cut back on chocolates, to which Karun agrees. Meera arrives, and Karun invites her to sleep on the bed. However, Meera opts for the sofa, saying she will sleep better there. Arjun offers to take the guest room instead, but Meera insists that he and Karun should stay.

That night, Karun moves to sleep beside Nitya. Arjun then asks Meera to join him on the bed, reminding her that they are not just friends but husband and wife. She hesitantly obliges. Arjun acknowledges that her first day as his wife was overwhelming, with the hospital visit and Nitya’s scrutiny, but reassures her that he is proud to have married her. Meera affirms that Karun is now her son, but she wonders what the future holds given their dramatic beginning. Arjun, confident, tells her that things will be fine. As he tenderly cups her face and leans in, it is revealed to be Kashvi’s nightmare. She wakes up in distress, crying.

Telling herself not to dwell on Arjun and Meera, Kashvi resolves to erase him from her thoughts, reminding herself that he chose Meera and no longer loves her.

Meanwhile, Arjun awakens and sees Karun sleeping beside him. He momentarily feels as if Kashvi had called him but dismisses the thought, assuming she hates him now. While he wants her to move on, he admits he can never forget her—she remains in his heart and mind. Looking over to the sofa, he realizes Meera isn’t there. Finding her asleep on the balcony, he quietly covers her with a shawl, choosing not to disturb her.
