Saras and Kumud update Thursday 20 March 2025

Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Kumud recalling Saras’s words. She is delighted when he calls and they share a conversation. Saras mentions he has an important meeting but expresses his desire to meet her later. He also suggests that she buy a pink saree, as he thinks it will suit her. Kumud smiles at the thought.

Meanwhile, at home, women are shopping for sarees when Pramad unexpectedly arrives. He selects a green saree and offers money to Vidyachatur, stating he does not want to be a burden. However, Vidyachatur refuses to accept money that Pramad has not earned himself.

As the saree selection continues, Danny and Kusum arrive. Danny, excited about Kusum’s wedding, participates in the discussion. Kumud picks a pink saree, thinking of Saras’s preference. Kusum agrees that it suits her better. Chandrika remarks that Saras likes pink, making Kumud smile.

At the construction site, Pramad approaches Saras, requesting work. Saras is shocked and initially refuses, but upon learning of an absent worker, Pramad insists on proving himself. Despite his reluctance, Saras lets him work.

Meanwhile, Danny lightens the mood at home by humorously trying on a saree, amusing the women. Later, he flirts with Kusum, pulling her close. Kalika, witnessing this, smirks and warns Kusum that Badimaa is approaching, making Kusum leave hurriedly.

Kumud visits the site and is shocked to see Pramad struggling with physical labor. She confronts Saras, questioning his decision to allow Pramad to work despite his illness. Saras remains indifferent, stating that their lives would be better without him. Kumud, however, insists on helping Pramad and convinces him to leave. Saras pays Pramad for his work before walking away.

Back home, the wedding preparations for Kusum continue. Danny delivers the wedding invitations, and the family finalizes the ceremony arrangements. When Kusum expresses concern about Kumud’s involvement with Pramad, Guniyal advises her to focus on her own happiness. Kusum, frustrated, storms off.

The next morning, Saras broods over Pramad’s presence. Badimaa consoles him, reminding him that this is a time to strengthen relationships rather than create distance. She advises him not to let Pramad disrupt his bond with Kumud and to assert his rightful place in her life.
