Jhanak update Saturday 22 March 2025

Jhanak: The episode begins with Aditya informing Anirudh about Jhanak’s medical condition. He reveals that she has a large tumor in her stomach and clarifies that his duty was only to inform him there’s nothing more to discuss.

When Anirudh asks if the surgery is serious, Aditya confirms it is and firmly states that Jhanak only wanted him to be notified. He advises Anirudh not to lie to Arshi or travel to Mumbai unnecessarily, then ends the call.

Arshi notices Anirudh’s concern and asks what happened. He tells her that Aditya called to inform him that Jhanak has a tumor and is not pregnant.

Arshi questions why Aditya contacted him at all. When Anirudh announces his plan to leave for Mumbai the next day, Arshi becomes furious. She warns him that if he goes, he will not find her waiting upon his return.

Anirudh, however, insists that he must go. Arshi, feeling betrayed, asks if he is willing to lose her. He responds that he has to be there for Jhanak. Arshi demands to know who he really is to Jhanak.

When he replies that he is simply her well-wisher, she refuses to believe him. Enraged, she declares that if he leaves, it will mark the end of their relationship. Anirudh walks away, leaving her shouting in frustration.

Arshi immediately calls Shrishti, who answers with concern. Arshi, distressed, informs her about Jhanak’s condition. Shrishti, unimpressed, asks what Jhanak has done now and questions why she hasn’t left their lives completely.

Assuming that Jhanak is in Mumbai, she brushes it off. Arshi then reveals everything, including Anirudh’s decision to go to Mumbai. She also mentions that Anirudh left his phone behind.

Shrishti advises her to give Anirudh a final warning, stating that if he chooses to go to Mumbai, he should be prepared for the consequences.

Meanwhile, Vinayak overhears the conversation and questions why Jhanak is in the hospital. Shrishti claims ignorance and tells him to go to sleep while she handles the matter.

Vinayak, worried about Jhanak, insists that her safety is more important than rumors about her pregnancy. Shrishti dismisses his concerns, claiming that Aditya is with Jhanak.

Vinayak warns her not to create baseless stories, but Shrishti spitefully insists that Jhanak was pregnant with Aditya’s child. Vinayak refuses to believe her and emphasizes that saving Jhanak’s life is what truly matters.

Determined to stop Anirudh, Vinayak calls him, but Arshi answers the call instead. She vents her frustration, revealing that Anirudh is adamant about going to Mumbai.

She admits she is exhausted from the endless back-and-forth and demands a resolution. She tells Vinayak that Anirudh must finally make a choice Jhanak or her because she can no longer tolerate the situation.

Vinayak, also eager for clarity, agrees that it’s time for answers. Arshi points out that he should have intervened earlier. Vinayak explains that he had wanted to speak to Anirudh, but Shrishti had prevented him.

When Arshi demands to know why, Shrishti vaguely claims she had her reasons. She then urges Arshi to come home. Later, Shrishti contacts Guruji, asking him to find out which hospital Jhanak is in.

Vinayak, growing more anxious, wonders how to protect Jhanak from the people plotting against her. He knows he must act fast but struggles to determine how.

The next morning, Aditya meets Jhanak before her operation, offering her words of encouragement. She asks if he spoke to Anirudh, to which he reassures her that he did.

When she doubts him, he teasingly asks if she truly believes he would ignore her request. He then asks if she is curious about their conversation. Jhanak, disheartened, says no.

Aditya shares that Anirudh’s reaction was one of shock and concern. However, he did not give a clear answer about whether he would come.

Aditya believes he might. Jhanak, skeptical, questions whether Anirudh would go so far as to upset his wife just to see her. She doesn’t think he will.

Aditya explains that he only informed Anirudh about the surgery and that, if Anirudh truly wanted to be there, he would have already arrived and signed the necessary consent forms.

Jhanak refuses to dwell on it, saying there is no need for Anirudh to come. She bitterly admits that she was foolish to put him on a pedestal. Everything between them is over, and she realizes now that she was naïve to think otherwise.

Meanwhile, Lalon is busy preparing for work. He excitedly tells Jhimli that Appu is his lucky charm, as clients are willing to wait for his orders. Jhimli notices that Appu looks exhausted, and Lalon suggests letting her rest.

However, Appu wakes up upon overhearing them and playfully demands that Lalon return in the afternoon, saying she will miss him. Lalon, focused on work, explains that he has a busy schedule.

Back at the hospital, Aditya continues trying to uplift Jhanak’s spirits. She remains indifferent, stating that she is not afraid of dying.

She acknowledges the severity of her condition and the possibility that she may not survive. Expressing her uncertainty about the future, she tells Aditya that she wanted to speak to him one last time in case she doesn’t get another chance.

Elsewhere, Appu feels upset with Lalon. Anuradha brings food for Appu and Lalon. While Appu steps away to freshen up, Lalon initially refuses to eat, claiming he has already had a meal.

However, Anuradha lovingly feeds him with her hands. Appu returns, sees this, and jokingly teases him. Lalon responds by affectionately calling Anuradha his mother.

Anuradha warmly reminds Appu that she is her mother as well and then feeds her too, making Appu happy.

Back at the hospital, Aditya jokingly calls Jhanak selfish. She agrees, saying that he only knows how to love one person and doesn’t acknowledge the love and friendship of others.

She then defends Anirudh, stating that she values him deeply and considers him precious. Aditya, frustrated, asks how she can continue loving someone who neither respects nor reciprocates her feelings.

Jhanak avoids the argument and instead reminds him that they need to leave.

As they prepare to go, Aditya reassures her that he will see her in the evening. He reveals that he has ordered a bouquet for her and confidently tells her that she will recover and return to a normal life. His words bring a small smile to Jhanak’s face.
