Soulmate: The episode begins with Roshni overhearing a conversation between Sayali and the moneylender. Sayali apologizes and pleads with him to return the car to Sachin. Roshni recalls Sachin’s words and realizes that he has been lying to the family—he has no job. The moneylender refuses, calling Sachin irresponsible and rude. He insists that if he returns the car, others will stop fearing him and won’t repay their debts on time.

Sayali continues to plead for the car’s return, but the moneylender demands that Sachin apologize to him publicly at his office. When Sayali apologizes on Sachin’s behalf, the moneylender coldly states that Sachin must fall at his feet and beg for forgiveness. Heartbroken, Sayali leaves in tears.

Later, Sayali and Sachin return home, only to be confronted by Renu. She accuses them of bringing disgrace to the family, thanking Roshni for revealing the truth. Roshni admits that she felt ashamed after witnessing Sayali begging the moneylender. She explains that the moneylender’s wife is an old client of hers, and it was humiliating for her to be associated with Sachin and Sayali. Renu praises Roshni for keeping their dignity intact and scolds Sayali and Sachin for tarnishing their reputation.

Tejas sarcastically points out that Sachin had lied about his job. He turns to Paresh, asking him to acknowledge the truth. Renu demands to know where Sachin is supposedly working. She and Roshni continue to insult him, with Roshni accusing Sachin of deceiving the family. Tejas claims that while he is genuinely working, Sachin is merely pretending. Roshni agrees, stating that unlike Sachin, Tejas is sincere and hardworking. Sayali steps in to defend her husband, but Renu shuts her down.

Roshni reminds everyone of Sachin’s previous claims, and Tejas points out that Sachin has been acting as if the entire household survives on his earnings. He then declares that it is actually him and Roshni who are financially supporting the family. Renu sides with Tejas, reinforcing that Sachin has contributed nothing. When Paresh questions Sachin about the car, he admits he no longer has it, revealing that he got into a fight with the financer. Roshni scolds him for raising his hand against the financer. Sachin, frustrated, asks her to stay out of his matters. Renu continues berating him, declaring that from now on, Tejas and Roshni will take care of the household expenses. She further shames Sachin, stating that it is disgraceful that Sayali had to beg for his sake. Sayali is also scolded for trying to hide the truth.

Tejas taunts Sachin again, but Sayali finally snaps, warning everyone not to question her husband. Renu calls Sachin a liar for hiding the loss of the car. Sayali admits they kept it a secret to avoid stressing Paresh. She defends Sachin, saying that he has been contributing money for the household expenses and does not live off others. Tejas demands to know how he is earning money. Before Sayali can respond, Sachin stops her, but she refuses to stay silent. She confronts the family, questioning their constant criticism.

Paresh intervenes and demands to know the truth. Sayali finally reveals that Sachin has been working as a car cleaner in the society. Hearing this, Paresh is deeply moved. Sayali passionately defends Sachin’s efforts, reminding everyone that he endured humiliation when falsely accused of mobile theft. No one apologized when the truth came out. She explains that she had gone to the moneylender because she could no longer tolerate the injustice against Sachin. She asserts that Sachin’s hard work deserves respect and that they will earn their share instead of depending on others.

Paresh, feeling guilty, tells Sachin that he lost the car because of him. Sachin reassures him that he will manage by renting a car instead. Renu remains skeptical, questioning who would hire Sachin after his altercation with the financer. However, Paresh firmly supports Sachin, reminding everyone that after his retirement, it was Sachin who took responsibility for the household. He assures everyone that Sachin will find another job and does not need unsolicited advice. Renu, frustrated, storms off.

Paresh then advises Sachin to stop working as a car cleaner, assuring him that his pension is enough to manage expenses until he finds a stable job. He encourages Sachin and embraces him.

Later, in their room, Sachin and Sayali argue. Sayali insists that Sachin’s anger is preventing him from securing better work and urges him to apologize to the financer. Sachin refuses, arguing that employees must endure mistreatment from their bosses, but he will not bow down. He then reveals the real reason behind his fight—when he had approached the financer for money for Paresh’s operation, the financer cruelly asked who would repay the debt if Paresh died. In a fit of rage, Sachin had grabbed him by the collar but restrained himself from doing worse.

Sayali, shocked by this revelation, realizes she should have investigated the matter before taking action. Sachin advises her to consult him before making decisions in the future. She agrees and then asks if he is heading to work again. He responds bitterly, asking if he has any other choice. With that, he leaves.
