Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Kumud and Saras discussing Kusum. Kumud tells Saras that she tried to reason with Kusum, but she refused to listen. She explains that Kusum agreed to marry Mohan only because of her. Saras reassures Kumud that it isn’t her fault, but Kumud, overwhelmed with emotions, questions if perhaps Saras and Kusum are meant for each other. She wonders why fate always brings Saras back to Kusum and compares their bond to Meera and Krishna.

She recalls past moments—how Saras saved Kusum from Pramad’s goons, how Kusum said yes to Saras after Kumud rejected him, and how Kusum always ended up near him. Kumud breaks down in tears. Meanwhile, Kusum tearfully lets go of a peacock feather, symbolizing her emotions.

Saras, holding Kumud, passionately tells her that he first noticed her eyes, her hair, her kamarbandh, and every feeling she had. He insists that their hearts connected before they even met, making it impossible for anyone—including Kusum, Pramad, or even themselves—to separate them. As “Kuch Na Kahe… Bas Chup Rahe…” plays in the background, Saras wipes Kumud’s tears, and they share an intense moment of eye contact. Kumud touches Saras’s face, but as she realizes their closeness, she steps away.

Saras reminds her that Kusum’s decision is a matter of fate, something they cannot alter. Kumud silently leaves.

Kumud Confronts Pramad

Back at home, Kalika secretly watches Kumud. She later visits Pramad, who is lying in bed, appearing weak. Kalika warns him that alcohol is poisoning him, but Pramad says he welcomes death. When Kumud arrives and sees Kalika giving Pramad alcohol, she slaps her. Pramad defends Kalika, but Kumud angrily declares that her real mistake was trusting Kalika in the first place.

Pramad admits his guilt, blaming himself for Kusum’s misguided belief that Saras loves her. He reveals that he overheard everything when he visited Saras’s home. He believes that as long as he is alive, he will continue to ruin lives and begs Kumud to help him die.

Meanwhile, preparations for Kusum’s wedding continue. Guniyal applies mehendi to Kusum, and the family rejoices. Kalika, however, plots her revenge against Kumud, vowing to take everything from her. She receives an anonymous voice recording of a girl screaming for help and smirks, sensing an opportunity for chaos.

Danny Goes Missing, Kalika’s Evil Plan Begins

As Danny prepares to leave for the airport, Saras urges him to hurry. However, Danny confesses that he cannot leave without meeting Kusum one last time. Saras hugs him, knowing the truth will hurt Danny deeply. Later, Saras calls Danny but realizes he is missing, and he panics.

Meanwhile, Kalika’s sinister plan is underway. She mutters cryptic words about how Kusum’s wedding will be unforgettable. At the same time, Pramad apologizes to Kumud for interfering in Kusum’s wedding and asks her to focus on her own life. Kumud, in turn, challenges Pramad to either go to the U.S. for treatment or return her father’s money.

As Kusum prepares for her wedding, she puts on a brave face. She reassures Kumud that the room will belong to her after she leaves and pretends to be happy. However, after Kumud exits, she is startled to find Danny hiding in her room.

Kalika Creates Chaos, Pannaben Breaks the Marriage

The baraat arrives, and Vidyachatur warmly welcomes Mohan’s family. Just as the wedding rituals are about to begin, Kalika suddenly throws the aarti plate, shocking everyone. Pannaben, Mohan’s mother, becomes suspicious and accuses Kusum’s family of hiding the truth. She reveals that she has evidence proving Kusum has a “stain” on her reputation and demands Mohan to play a CD.

As the video plays, the family is horrified to see footage of Kusum being kidnapped and nearly assaulted by goons. The family had no idea about this incident. Kalika, confused, realizes she did not send the video and suspects Pramad might be behind it.

Pannaben declares that they will not accept Kusum as their daughter-in-law. Kumud tries to defend Kusum’s honor, revealing that Saras saved her, but Vidyachatur is devastated to learn the truth so late.

Pramad Confesses, Vidyachatur Begs for Kusum

As the situation worsens, Pramad intervenes. He confesses that he was responsible for the kidnapping—his goons mistakenly abducted Kusum while targeting Kumud. He pleads with Pannaben to believe that Kusum remains untouched. Furious, Vidyachatur slaps Pramad.

Pannaben refuses to accept Kusum into their family. Vidyachatur, desperate to save Kusum’s dignity, removes his turban and begs Pannaben to reconsider. Kumud intervenes, reminding Pannaben that their family has always upheld its values despite the hardships. Moved, Mohan requests to speak with Kusum privately before making a decision.

Danny’s Interference, Saras Is Accused Again

While Mohan prepares to meet Kusum, everyone is shocked to find Saras in Kusum’s room. Pannaben immediately assumes the worst, further damaging Kusum’s reputation. Saras tries to explain, but Pannaben is convinced of their affair and calls off the wedding.

Vidyachatur, heartbroken, slaps Danny for interfering. Yash’s mother reminds Saras that his family has ruined their daughters’ lives three times—first, when his father abandoned Badimaa, then when Saras left Kumud, and now because of Danny. Humiliated, Saras and Danny prepare to leave, with Kusum and Kumud watching them go.

Kusum’s Breakdown, Danny’s Determination

Kusum breaks down, saying that, like Kumud, she is destined for unhappiness. Meanwhile, Danny tells Saras that he refuses to give up on Kusum. Saras, however, warns him that Kusum does not love him.

Kumud, devastated by the situation, seeks Saras’s help. She pleads with him, saying she cannot bear to see Kusum suffer. When Saras promises to do anything for her, Kumud makes a shocking request—she asks him to marry Kusum.

Saras is stunned. He grabs Kumud and asks her to repeat herself. She looks away, but he forces her to face him. Kumud, with teary eyes, firmly repeats, “Marry Kusum.”

Saras stares at her in shock.
