Saras and Kumud update Tuesday 25 March 2025

Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Kumud drawing water from the well while crying. Overcome with grief, she injures herself. Badimaa and Guniyal rush to stop her, urging her not to punish herself. Kumud, however, insists that she wants to free herself from all emotions. Badimaa tells her this isn’t possible, but Kumud says she can’t help it Saras is present in every breath she takes, in everything she sees. Badimaa questions why she punished herself and Saras, but Kumud blames fate.

Meanwhile, Vidyachatur confronts Pramad, accusing him of orchestrating Kumud’s kidnapping. He declares he can no longer allow Pramad to stay in his house. He acknowledges that Saras is innocent and holds Pramad responsible for everything that has happened. Elsewhere, Yash questions Kalika about her love for him. She manipulates him with sweet words, but he presses her to help him uncover the person responsible for the leaked MMS. Kalika agrees while secretly plotting to find out the truth for her own benefit.

Kusum, dressed as a bride, eagerly waits for her husband. She gazes at Saras’s photo, expressing her love for him and her hope that he will fulfill their marriage with honesty. Hearing footsteps, she prepares to face him, only to find Danny standing before her. Shocked, she listens as Danny expresses his love and gratitude, revealing that they are now married.

At the same time, Pramad prepares to leave the Desai house. Kumud stops him, declaring her decision to accompany him to America for his medical treatment. Pramad is stunned by her words. Meanwhile, Saras, troubled by the situation, plans to talk to Danny and Kumud before making a decision.

As Kusum reels from the revelation of her marriage to Danny, Saras arrives at the Desai house. He intervenes in Pramad and Kumud’s conversation, snatching away the mangalsutra Pramad had offered Kumud. Saras refuses to let Pramad manipulate Kumud any further. Kumud, however, insists that Saras should be with Kusum. To her shock, Saras reveals that Kusum is actually married to Danny, not him.

Kusum, overwhelmed, questions Danny about their marriage. Danny reassures her, telling her how much he loves her. Meanwhile, Saras explains to Kumud that it was Danny who performed all the wedding rituals, not him. Kumud struggles to believe it, recalling the smiley she saw on Saras’s hand. Saras admits he had drawn the smiley on Danny’s hand himself.

Pramad, realizing the gravity of the situation, walks away. Kumud, still in disbelief, accuses Saras of deceiving Kusum, Danny, and herself. Saras defends his actions, saying he could not destroy four lives to satisfy Kusum’s one-sided love. He insists that Kusum would never have been happy with him, just as his mother was never happy in her loveless marriage.

The scene shifts to the police station, where Saras and Danny are being questioned by an inspector. Pramad and Budhidhan arrive to bail them out, with Budhidhan vouching for their innocence. The inspector, however, insists on recording Kusum’s statement. Meanwhile, Kusum, still distressed, is being comforted by Kumud, who blames herself for everything that has happened.

Back at the Desai house, Danny rushes to Kusum’s side, apologizing for leaving her alone earlier. Kusum, however, lashes out, accusing him of deceiving her. She insists she never wanted to marry him because she does not love him. Danny, hurt but determined, reminds her of the small moments they shared. Kusum breaks down, confessing that she has always loved Saras. Danny is heartbroken as he sees Saras’s name on the wedding invitation pieces.

Meanwhile, Kumud confronts Saras, blaming him for ruining so many lives. Saras, in turn, asks her to trust him, arguing that his decision was made to protect Kusum from a doomed marriage. He pleads for her support, but before she can respond, Danny arrives, devastated. He tells them that Kusum loves Saras, not him, and that his marriage is a lie.

As Saras tries to convince Danny that love can grow over time, Danny bitterly remarks that Kusum’s heart is already full—with Saras’s name. Feeling betrayed, Danny walks away.

Kumud goes to Kusum’s room and finds her crying. She urges Kusum to open up about her pain, but Kusum refuses to accept her marriage, begging Kumud to take her home. She confesses that she feels suffocated in this fake relationship.

Meanwhile, Saras attempts to console Danny, reminding him that their mother never received love in her marriage. He argues that Kusum deserves true love, something Danny can give her. Danny, however, remains deeply hurt and walks away, leaving Saras with a heavy heart.
