Anupama update Friday 28 March 2025

The episode begins with Aadhya teasing Prem about almost drowning despite being tall. She says, “Here, couples take a dip after marriage, but thanks to you, I had to become a mermaid!” She mocks his strong build but calls him a coward. Suddenly, Prem hugs her while Deewana song plays. His friends cheer, but Aadhya pushes him away, warning him never to try such a thing again or she’ll make him a Gujarati sweet—peda. She drags him out of the water.

Meanwhile, the family gathers for puja. Baa wonders where Dolly is. Dolly is shown on a call, asking someone if “she” is really dead, adding that she better stay dead. Baa calls Dolly back, who returns looking tense. Anupama notices and asks if she is fine, but Dolly defensively says she has done nothing wrong. Anupama reminds her that only Kanha Ji knows the truth and advises her not to carry guilt if innocent. Dolly insists she did nothing wrong. The puja begins, and Anupama leads the aarti.

Just then, an inspector arrives with news about Anupama’s missing daughter. Dolly grows anxious. The inspector informs Anupama that her daughter has been found involved with foreigners. Baa blames the girl, but Anupama checks the video and firmly says, “This is not my Choti.” The inspector asks her to recheck, but Anupama remains sure. The inspector promises to continue the search and leaves. Anupama tells her family that she still has hope. Ansh and Mahi reassure her, but Dolly bitterly says maybe the girl is already dead. Anupama scolds them for speaking ill and clings to her hope. Toshu asks Anupama to also focus on work as he is tired of handling everything alone. Bapuji consoles her and says Kanha Ji will give her a sign.

At the same time, Aadhya encounters police searching for a girl whose mother has been looking for her. Aadhya panics, but they move past her after identifying the actual girl. Aadhya then finds a pouch with money and a note. She suspects it belongs to the guy she met and decides to find him and return it.

Later, Kinjal gives makeup to Pakhi for Ishani, who has gone to a party. Kinjal taunts that Ishani at least goes out instead of sitting home and overeating. Pari overhears and feels bad. Toshu defends Pari and confronts Kinjal. Dolly seems uneasy. Toshu questions her nervousness about the police, but Dolly deflects. Pakhi blames Choti for ruining their lives and says Anuj even left because of her. Bapuji worries about Anupama’s silence and prays she regains her strength.

Pari feels disheartened, but Ansh, Mahi, and Ishu try to lift her spirits during cousin time. They share compliments and laughs, but Ishu secretly warns Mahi that if Aadhya returns, she will lose Anupama’s love. Mahi becomes thoughtful.

The next day, Anupama prepares prasad for Dwarka Deesh. Toshu complains about their financial struggles and suggests focusing on work instead of charity. Ansh mentions a nearby orphanage that needs help. Anupama agrees to visit and help, feeling called by Kanha Ji. They plan the trip together.

At the orphanage, Aadhya tells Vyas uncle that she will somehow arrange money for the children’s education. Anupama calls the orphanage to book rooms but fails to hear Aadhya’s voice on the other end due to children playing nearby. Before Aadhya can talk, she notices an injured child and leaves the phone. Vyas picks up and confirms the booking with Anupama.

The episode ends with a voiceover wondering if the moon (Aadhya) will return to her mother Anupama and complete the story.
