My Desire: The episode begins with Devraj forcing Kashvi and Meera to drink poison, telling them to prepare for their journey to heaven.

Mahinder suspects that Devraj has poisoned them, while Arjun is left in turmoil, wondering whom to save first, as both Kashvi and Meera are pregnant.

A few hours earlier:

Arjun is seen examining Pradyuman when Kashvi arrives, asking what is going on. Arjun discovers a medicine bottle, and Pradyuman reveals that it’s Kashvi’s prescribed pregnancy medicine.

Arjun questions why he wasn’t informed earlier. Pradyuman mischievously replies that he enjoys seeing Arjun agitated.

He then forces Kashvi to take the medicine and play along, knowing Arjun is watching. He even kisses Kashvi’s hand, further upsetting Arjun, who walks away.

Pradyuman smugly admits to Kashvi that he did all this to provoke Arjun, but Kashvi warns him not to mess with Arjun as she is busy with other matters.

Meanwhile, Mahinder and Raunaq supervise the food arrangements, unaware that Devraj and his men are plotting nearby.

A waiter instructs them to prepare the welcome drinks. At the same time, Meera informs Arjun that Karun is excited to return to his old school, bringing happiness to Arjun and Kashvi, who silently thanks Mata Rani for fulfilling her prayer.

However, Kashvi notices Meera looking unwell and follows her.

In the kitchen, Devraj reveals his sinister plan to his goons: instead of a bomb, he will poison the welcome drinks, targeting innocent guests, political leaders, and foreign delegates.

Meera overhears his plan and, panicked, rushes to Kashvi. After hearing the truth, Kashvi is shocked and vows to stop Devraj’s evil scheme.

They confront Devraj in the kitchen. Kashvi manages to knock the poison from his hand and bravely challenges him. Devraj, angered, calls them weak and summons more goons.

He forces Meera and Kashvi to drink the poisoned welcome drink, claiming to free them from life itself. Meera pleads for mercy, but Devraj ignores her.

Just then, Arjun senses that something is wrong when both Kashvi and Meera are missing. He questions Raunaq and Pradyuman but receives no helpful information.

Inside the kitchen, Devraj forces the poison into Kashvi and Meera’s mouths. He mocks them, saying they are now free.

Kashvi tells Meera to stay strong, but they both collapse. Meera manages to call out for Arjun.

Elsewhere, Arjun grows increasingly worried and tries to call Kashvi. She answers briefly, warning him that they are in danger and trapped in the kitchen.

Before she can say more, Devraj snatches the phone and destroys it. Arjun is alarmed by what he hears.

Devraj quickly instructs his men to flee before the police or Arjun’s team can intervene. Both Kashvi and Meera lose consciousness.

Arjun, Raunaq, and others rush to the kitchen. Devraj tries to escape but is caught by Arjun, who furiously beats him, demanding to know what he did to Kashvi.

Raunaq and Mahinder stop Arjun and urge him to focus on saving Kashvi instead.

Arjun runs into the kitchen and is devastated to find Kashvi and Meera unconscious. Mahinder inspects Kashvi and finds the poison bottle, confirming that Devraj poisoned them.

Arjun is torn, realizing that both women are carrying children. Now, he must make a heart-wrenching decision about who to save first.
