Anupama update Monday 31 March 2025

Anupama: The episode begins with Aadhya (Rahi) chasing a thief and throwing a matki at him. She questions his shame in stealing and he retorts, accusing her of duping people as well. Aadhya defends her actions, claiming everything she does is for her children. As she searches for any identification on the thief, the police arrive. Aadhya gets scared and tells the officer that the thief had been running with a woman’s purse. She identifies the purse and the thief before leaving. However, her earring falls as she walks away.

Anupama, noticing the commotion, stops her scooter and confronts the thief, reclaiming her purse from the inspector. She silently thanks Aadhya for saving her purse, praying for her happiness. Prem asks if Anupama came to meet the girl, to which Anupama nods. Aadhya comments sarcastically on the police’s constant presence, then reflects on how the aunty (Anupama) has found what she lost.

Anupama thanks Prem for his help in locating the thief, and Ansh, arriving at the scene, introduces himself. Prem is surprised to learn that Ansh is Anupama’s grandson and remarks that Anupama doesn’t look her age. Ansh jokes that she looks much younger. Anupama is asked about her plans regarding the Ashram girl, to which she wonders why she hasn’t arrived yet.

Sattu arrives and offers them a discounted room at a guest house. However, Anupama mentions that they have already booked rooms at an Ashram, and Sattu warns them about its fraudulence. Ansh, concerned about the approaching evening, suggests they leave with Sattu. Meanwhile, Prem finds Aadhya’s earring and comments that it’s like something out of a movie.

Back at the Vyas house, Rahi’s actions are questioned by her father, Vyas, for not picking up the guests when they needed her. He lectures her about keeping her emotions in check and says their reputation has been tarnished due to her actions. Aadhya apologizes, explaining that whenever she hears about Ahmedabad, she loses her composure but promises to find another customer. She excuses herself, stating it is not arrogance, but deep pain.

Baa, busy preparing sweets, complains about Anupama being absent during the festival. Kinjal and Pakhi respond indifferently, with Kinjal questioning why they don’t simply order food instead of cooking. Baa insists that the food made by her is irreplaceable. Mahi offers to help with making laddoos, and Kinjal sarcastically comments that Baa has created another version of Anupama. Mahi retorts that Kinjal was once known as “Choti Anupama,” and the conversation becomes tense as Kinjal expresses her frustrations with the family dynamics.

Meanwhile, Ishani’s purse falls and a bundle of money spills out, drawing everyone’s attention. Ansh, eager to make laddoos for the bhandara, is approached by Prem, who offers to help. Anupama appreciates their teamwork and acknowledges their good work in making the laddoos.

Back in the kitchen, Baa confronts Kinjal and Pakhi about the money they are hiding. Kinjal deflects the conversation, claiming influencers today make a lot of money. Baa compares their behavior to Anupama’s and says she is doing more for the family than they are.

Rahi, after a tense encounter with the customers, admits to lying about the Ashram to attract clients. When the customers find out, they demand their money back and leave. Rahi argues with Prem, but he reassures her that money obtained this way is useless. The two continue to clash over their perspectives on life.

Toshu, who is in charge of the kitchen, insists on using cheaper ingredients against Anupama’s wishes. Janki Kaki, who respects Anupama, protests, saying that Anupama would never approve. Toshu dismisses her concerns and continues his way. Pakhi also voices her frustration, criticizing Baa for holding onto old-fashioned views.

Meanwhile, Anupama, Rahi, and Prem are near the Gomti River, each praying for their respective wishes. Rahi and Prem pray for a better future, while Anupama hopes for the resolution of her struggles. The holy procession passes by, with colors flying in the air. Anupama accidentally collides with Prem, causing Rahi to fall into her arms. The moment feels intimate, but the friend of Rahi’s is pleased, teasing them about their accidental embrace. Rahi quickly pulls away, scolding her friend.

Later, Anupama notices a rangoli of Aadhya’s photo and expresses her desire to never leave her behind. Prem suggests they might meet again if it is meant to be, while Rahi, seeing the rangoli, is taken aback and hurriedly leaves. Anupama, sensing something significant, calls out to her but is left wondering about the connection between them.
