Soulmate update Thursday 3 April 2025

Soulmate: The episode begins with Sachin asking, “Who told you?” as he looks at Anya. Anya quickly responds, “I didn’t tell her.” Sayali retorts, “I can figure things out on my own.” She then tells Sachin to eat, but he refuses, saying he’s leaving and asks her to come with him. He hands a tiffin to Anya, telling her to have the food. Sachin and Sayali then leave. Meanwhile, Renu asks Riya to come home with Akash.

Riya responds, “You’re so kind. My dad hasn’t even called me once, but you came here to meet me and want me to stay with you for my safety. But I’m not sure about this yet, I need to think it over and let you know.” Mamta enters and hugs Riya, while Renu silently thinks about convincing her.

Sachin and Sayali arrive at the temple, where they meet Shubha and Juhi. Sachin jokes, asking Sayali to lift him and take rounds of the temple. Sayali responds, “I can lift you.” He assures her that he has no doubts about her strength, and they head inside. Sachin asks, “Why do you want to know everything? Don’t you like this place?” Sayali asks why he brought her here, to which he replies, “You saved Riya’s life, and Shubha wanted to ward off any bad luck for you.”

Sayali inquires, “Whose bad luck are you talking about?” Shubha chimes in, saying, “Why not? You showed great courage in saving Riya.” Juhi adds, “You’ve done something remarkable, I’m really proud of you.” Sayali humbly responds, “I just knew I had to save Riya.” The Pandit invites them to come forward and take blessings from Lord Ganesha. Sachin, Sayali, and the others go to pray.

Back at home, Akash brings tea for everyone. Renu mentions that they can think about the future, but Riya should come to stay at their house for her safety. Mamta agrees. Renu expresses her happiness seeing her children content, though Paresh is upset. She says she’s trying to talk to him and asks Mamta to bring Joy along when she drops Riya off, since Joy had blamed Paresh for the kidnapping and sent him to jail. Mamta says she’ll talk to Joy and confirms that Sayali did come to speak with them. Renu then says that she’ll discuss things further. Akash smiles as he holds Riya, but she tells him that she still needs time to think.

Mamta insists that Riya’s safety is paramount, and she should stay with her in-laws for the time being. Riya agrees. Akash offers to make lunch for everyone, but Renu quietly tells him not to let his dad know that she asked Mamta for help. He nods in agreement.

Meanwhile, Sachin reassures Sayali that no one’s bad sight can affect him. Sayali, half-joking, says she drew courage from him, so now he might be vulnerable to bad sight. The Pandit steps in, saying that they must ward off any bad luck. He praises Sayali for her bravery, saying it wasn’t meant for Alok to witness her success. Sayali gets sad at the mention of Alok. Sachin comforts her, saying, “Don’t worry, he’s happy in heaven.” He then consoles Shubha, saying, “I’ll throw a party, come along.” Shubha replies, “Next time, we’ll have to manage the shop.” Sachin agrees, saying, “Fine, Sayali and I will leave now.” Before they leave, Shubha expresses her happiness in seeing Sayali so joyful, encouraging her to stay the same.

As Sayali and Sachin head out, Sayali thanks him for his encouragement. He responds, “You did a great thing, and I’m proud of you.” When they reach their destination, Sachin asks, “Did you hit those men with these bricks?” Sayali responds, “Yes, why do you ask?”
