Jhanak: The episode begins with Arshi telling Anirudh, “I will never leave you, I can’t lose to Jhanak, our marriage will continue like this, and we will always be together. Come, let’s pack.” Suddenly, Anirudh feels a sharp pain in his chest and looks uneasy. Arshi asks him what’s wrong, but he brushes it off, saying, “I’m fine. I was just feeling a bit of chest pain, but it’s nothing. I take my words back, nothing’s happened to me.”

Arshi looks at him, knowing something’s not right. Meanwhile, Aditya tells Jhanak, “I didn’t come here to insult you or make you sad.” Jhanak apologizes, “I’m sorry, Aditya. I don’t know what came over me.” He advises her, “Please focus on your work,” and leaves. She stands there, feeling overwhelmed, and cries, wishing she could forget everything, but she can’t.

Choton and Anjana have a light-hearted conversation, with Mrinalini teasing Choton. Anjana tells him that if he’s ready, he can make decisions on his own. He says, “No need to pity me.” Anjana agrees but insists that Choton has to make up his mind.

Later, Choton and Mrinalini prepare to leave together, and Mrinalini mentions that Choton hasn’t completed his graduation. She tells him she’ll help him finish it, and once he does, they can discuss marriage. Dadi listens and approves of the plan, wishing them well.

In another scene, Kajal overhears a conversation and backs the commissioner’s idea of handling the court case, reassuring Lalon that the commissioner’s intentions are good. Lalon hesitates but finally agrees when Anuradha expresses her willingness to fight for justice, especially to improve their living conditions.

Choton, Shrishti, Arshi, and Anirudh are on their way to the airport. Shrishti tells Arshi to manage things well while abroad, as there won’t be any maids to help her. Arshi reassures her that she’ll be fine, but Shrishti wonders why her father hasn’t joined them. Choton quips that Anirudh hasn’t yet reached his destination and will plan his return once he settles there.

Anirudh suddenly feels chest pain and drinks some water. Choton notices and asks if he’s feeling unwell, but Anirudh insists he’s fine. Arshi assures Choton that Anirudh is upset about leaving but is otherwise fine. Choton doesn’t buy it, still concerned about Anirudh’s condition.

As they drive, Shrishti asks Arshi if she has all the necessary documents, and Arshi reassures her. Meanwhile, Jhanak and Aditya are on their way as well, discussing the Dubai event. Aditya encourages Jhanak to go and gain exposure. He talks about booking the tickets once she’s done with her work.

Back in the car, Anirudh starts sweating heavily, and Choton grows concerned. Arshi insists it’s nothing, but Anirudh continues to feel unwell. The group stops at a dhaba, and Choton insists Anirudh take a break. Arshi grows impatient, but Choton refuses to let them rush.

Anirudh, feeling worse, insists on continuing the journey, but Choton refuses to let him leave. He calls for a doctor, concerned that something more serious might be happening. Anirudh becomes agitated, saying, “If I die, my body will reach the airport, don’t worry about it.” He then collapses. Choton panics, demanding that a doctor be called, but Arshi continues to dismiss Anirudh’s complaints, thinking he’s just being dramatic. Shrishti accuses him of making excuses.

Anirudh says again, “I’m not able to breathe, I feel pain in my chest,” before he faints. Choton is visibly worried, and Arshi remains skeptical but knows something is seriously wrong.
