My Desire: The episode begins with Kashvi telling Pradyuman that Swati took her sonography photograph and expresses that Swati hasn’t accepted her as his wife. Pradyuman asks why Swati would take her photo. Kashvi tells him to ask Swati directly. Pradyuman suggests they go and confront her, and if needed, check her room. They go to Swati’s room and question her about the photo.

Swati denies taking the photo and asks them to check for themselves. Kashvi searches but doesn’t find anything. She wonders who could have taken her baby’s sonography picture. Meanwhile, Meera is in the kitchen when Nitya enters and tells her not to do any work. Meera assumes that Nitya is being considerate because she thinks Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child. Nitya asks if Meera has told Karun about the pregnancy. Meera asks her not to tell Karun yet. Nitya presses her to explain why, and Meera replies that they’re waiting for the right moment, specifically after the Janmasthami function. Nitya agrees to keep quiet.

Meera then tells Arjun that her blood report has come in. Arjun offers to drop her at the hospital on his way to work.

Kashvi and Pradyuman are on their way to the hospital. She thanks him for suggesting they collect a copy of her report. They arrive at the hospital and ask the receptionist for a copy of the sonography report. The nurse asks Kashvi to fill out a form. Pradyuman tells her to complete it while he takes a call. Meera arrives at the same time, and Arjun offers to accompany her inside. Meera says she only needs to collect her report.

At the reception, Meera asks for her report, and the receptionist tells her to wait. Meera finds her report and places it on the counter. When Pradyuman finishes his call, he picks up Kashvi’s report, but he also notices Meera’s report. Shocked, he discovers that the spouse listed has Thalassemia. Kashvi joins him, and he shows her the report. They leave the hospital, and Pradyuman asks Kashvi if she has had a deformity test done. Kashvi replies that she hasn’t because neither she nor Arjun has any issues. She adds that she never did it during Karun’s time either. Pradyuman becomes suspicious and starts to doubt Meera’s pregnancy.

Later at the office, Kashvi starts feeling nauseous, and Raunaq Sir comments on the bad smell in the room, asking the peon to spray air freshener. As the peon sprays the room, Kashvi leaves in discomfort, and Arjun follows her to help her wash her face. Chahatein plays in the background.

Pradyuman arrives at the office to bring Kashvi her lunch. He runs into his friend, Amit, who mentions that Pradyuman hasn’t met him since Neelam left. Pradyuman introduces Kashvi as his wife. Amit is surprised to hear this. Arjun overhears and questions Amit about Neelam. Amit reveals that Pradyuman and Neelam were deeply in love, and he never expected Pradyuman to remarry. He adds that Neelam was treated at City Hospital. Arjun tells Kashvi about Neelam’s death, which she already knew. Kashvi, in turn, taunts Arjun for marrying Meera while she’s still alive.

Arjun later visits the hospital and, with the help of a peon, sneaks into the record room. He finds Neelam’s death certificate and learns that she had malaria and that Pradyuman had her discharged against the doctor’s advice. Arjun decides to meet Dr. Kothari to uncover the truth and seeks the peon’s help.

Meanwhile, Meera visits Karun’s school, where he shows her his Janmasthami costume. Meera is happy to see him. Arjun arrives, and Kashvi lies about why she’s there, saying she came to meet a friend. Arjun questions her, sensing something is off.
