Soulmate update Sunday 6 April 2025

Soulmate: The episode begins with Sachin announcing that he is leaving. He bids Tejas goodbye, and Tejas responds with a casual “Alright, goodbye.” Renu urges Sachin to leave, and he assures her he is going. However, just as he leaves, he returns to greet Roshni. Sachin mentions he needs to go and pick up the ride and asks if he should leave now. Paresh, impatient, tells him, “How many times will you ask? Just go.” Sachin explains that he is only checking with everyone since it’s family. Roshni nods and says yes.

Renu insists that Sachin leave now. Roshni then invites Tejas to have breakfast, but Renu instructs her to change the cushion covers. Sachin reappears, complaining of a stomach ache, which catches Renu and Sayali’s attention. Sachin claims the pain is severe and rushes to his room, but Renu stops him. He says he needs to use the washroom urgently and pushes past her. “He’s about to cause trouble,” Renu mutters.

Later, Renu tells Paresh that Akash and Riya are coming over. Paresh, visibly unsettled, asks who is coming, and Renu confirms it is Akash and Riya. He reacts angrily, recalling past trauma. Akash, Riya, and Mamta arrive at the house. Paresh is silent while Akash greets Tejas, but tears up when he sees Paresh. Renu locks the washroom door and instructs Roshni to get the aarti plate, asking Sayali to perform the aarti. Sayali notices Paresh’s mood.

As the aarti is done, Riya asks Sayali if she looks good. Sayali questions her choice of saree, and Riya admits she doesn’t feel comfortable in one. Sayali agrees to her decision. Renu then asks Sayali about her behavior, but she brushes it off. Sachin wonders what Renu is planning, and if she’s bringing Riya to the house, she’s likely trying to make him leave. Renu instructs Paresh to invite Mamta inside since it’s inappropriate for her to be standing at the door. Paresh reluctantly agrees.

Akash approaches Paresh and apologizes, holding his legs. Renu asks Riya to take blessings, and Paresh reluctantly blesses both Akash and Riya. Meanwhile, Sachin knocks on the door. Paresh inquires about the noise, and Renu dismisses it, assuming it’s something from the neighbors. Sachin yells for Sayali. She opens the washroom door, and he demands to know who locked him inside. Sayali brushes it off, saying it might have been a mistake. Sachin, now upset, storms out and finds Akash, Riya, and Mamta in the living room. His anger flares, and Sayali tries to stop him.

Sachin confronts Akash, demanding that he leave. Sayali pleads with him to calm down. Renu steps in, but Sachin accuses her of manipulating the situation, claiming she locked him in the washroom to make room for Akash. Sachin turns to Mamta, demanding to know where Joy is and calling for him to come out. Paresh tries to mediate, asking Sachin to let it go, but Sachin refuses, asserting he won’t be as forgiving as Paresh. Renu again insists he be quiet.

Mamta explains that she came to drop Riya off and warns that she is aware of the ongoing problems. Sayali dismisses her concern, asserting that both bahus are happy living there. Mamta continues, stating they worry for Riya’s future, and Sayali fires back, reminding her that Mamta was the one who delayed in addressing Riya’s previous issues with a potential match. She points out that Joy never arrived, and still, Mamta has the audacity to question their family. Sayali’s sharp words leave Mamta speechless.
