Shubh scolds Jhanak, who argues back and reminds him of the doctor’s advice. She stresses the importance of keeping Anirudh happy and calm. Shubh tells her to leave, but Anirudh says he will leave too. Jhanak tries to intervene, telling him not to involve himself, but he insists that he can’t tolerate the insult. Arshi chimes in, calling Jhanak disrespectful, which only fuels the tension.

Anjana enters and asks what’s going on. Jhanak explains the situation. Meanwhile, Dr. Sen meets with his senior at a café, with Mimi, Rumi, and their friends present. Mimi notices Dr. Sen and decides to act unwell to get his attention. Dr. Sen brushes her off, but she continues to act sick. Shubh threatens to call the police, and Jhanak taunts him. Arshi threatens to kick her out, leading to a verbal confrontation.

Anjana intervenes, asking Arshi if she’s really going to raise her hand on Jhanak, but Arshi dismisses her. Jhanak responds coolly, telling Arshi that the family doesn’t respect her, and she’s better off ignoring it. The tension escalates, with Jhanak calling Arshi shameless. Anirudh finally steps in, asking Arshi to stop.

Rumi, seeing the tension, tries to get Dr. Sen’s help for Mimi, but he initially refuses, stating that he doesn’t want to associate with their family. After some persuasion, he agrees to examine Mimi. Mimi continues to act, claiming she’s in severe pain, but Dr. Sen insists on taking her to the hospital. Mimi hesitates but finally agrees, fearing her act might backfire.

Meanwhile, Jhanak scolds Tanuja and Shubh for their behavior, but Anirudh defends them, pointing out how everyone has insulted her too. Jhanak offers him soup, and Arshi protests. Anirudh insists on having it from Jhanak’s hands, further upsetting Arshi. Dr. Sen continues his check-up on Mimi, who flirts with him, but he remains professional.

Shubh and Tanuja ask what’s going on, and Dr. Sen explains that Mimi’s health issues might be more serious than they thought. He advises them to monitor her closely, mentioning a potential nerve problem that causes her to wink. Shubh and Tanuja are taken aback, but Dr. Sen insists on a strict regimen, including bed rest and boiled food for seven days.

Mimi resists, claiming she has exams and plans, but Dr. Sen is firm. He tells her that her health comes first, and that she’ll have to follow the prescribed rest and diet. Mimi, frustrated, plots to get back at the doctor.

The next morning, Jhanak meets Aditya at a shoot and confides in him about the ongoing issues. He expresses his displeasure at seeing her humiliated and reassures her that she doesn’t deserve to be treated that way. Jhanak explains that she used to tolerate the insults but now feels the need to stand up for herself.
