Arjun notices Meera’s new necklace and compliments her, saying it looks beautiful. Meera shares that Nitya gifted it to her, which makes Arjun happy. However, he remarks that it doesn’t seem like Nitya’s style and adds that he would have picked a necklace like that for Meera. Meera corrects him, revealing that Kaashvi actually chose the necklace. Arjun praises Kaashvi’s taste, but when Meera asks how she looks, he tells her that she looks good without even glancing at her. Meera feels upset by this and wonders why she feels bad despite his praise for the necklace.

Meanwhile, in the hospital, Kaashvi asks Swati about the patient who’s admitted. A nurse informs Swati that they urgently need blood for her daughter and goes inside. Kaashvi is surprised, mentioning that Swati had never spoken about her daughter. Swati explains that her daughter was in an accident and is receiving treatment, assuring Kaashvi that she will be fine. Kaashvi offers her help and decides to ask Pradyumna to assist Swati.

Elsewhere, Karun tells Meera that he plans to play video games first and do his homework later. Meera chases after him and catches him, but in the process, he accidentally kicks her stomach. Meera cries out in pain, and Karun immediately apologizes, visibly upset. Nitya sees this and scolds Karun, who runs away. Meera reassures Nitya that it wasn’t Karun’s fault. Nitya insists that Meera’s baby should be their priority now, but Meera counters that Karun is her priority too. She also tells Nitya about the annual day incident and asks her not to scold Karun again, leaving the room. Nitya, however, thinks to herself that she’s tolerating all of this because Meera is carrying Arjun’s child.

Later, Kaashvi asks Pradyumna if he knows anything about Swati’s daughter. Pradyumna denies knowing anything. Kaashvi urges him to help Swati and invites him to attend Namas class at 4 pm. He agrees to join her.

The following day, Arjun follows Pradyumna and arrives at the clinic, wondering what Pradyumna is doing there. He barges into the room where Pradyumna had entered and sees Swati lying on a bed. Pradyumna asks Arjun to leave the room. Arjun recalls seeing Neelam in the parking lot and wonders if he hallucinated her, as Pradyumna had not yet met her.

Later, Kaashvi waits for Pradyumna to arrive. Arjun appears and calls Meera, sending her a voice message. Kaashvi also sends a voice message to Pradyumna. Neelam tells Pradyumna not to go to Kaashvi or respond to her messages. Meanwhile, Meera is busy with Karun’s project, and the staff jokingly suggests that Kaashvi and Arjun would make a great pair.
