Anupama update Wednesday 23 April 2025

The episode begins with Aadhya arriving to meet Ansh. Ansh recalls the brooch she gave him for Anuj Dadu and mentions that he has kept it safe and is wearing it for the first time, considering her as his elder sister. He requests her to apply tika to him. Mahi, who also considers him a family member, ties a rakhi and applies tika as well.

Ansh then mentions that he’ll return shortly and leaves. The family wonders where he’s gone. Ansh visits a shop to buy sugar snacks, thinking it’s good that he overheard Aadhya mention her liking for shakkar pare.

Kunal shows up and asks why Ansh isn’t answering his calls. Ansh explains he doesn’t pick unknown numbers and tells Kunal he will give him the money later since he’s on his way back for Bhai Dooj.

Prem receives a call and excitedly mentions bringing something special for his princess. Pakhi appears, asking where he’s headed, and noticing his nervousness, she inquires if he’s going to do something illegal.

Prem denies it, saying he’s just going to handle some work and that he already prepared food with permission from Anu Maam. Pakhi becomes suspicious and decides to keep an eye on him.

Back at home, Anupama applies tika to her brother, while Pakhi does the same for Toshu and Samar’s photo, and Dolly applies tika to Vanraj’s photo. Anupama’s brother gives her an envelope containing a special gift from Kanha Ji and shares the good news that he’s getting married.

Baa teasingly wonders if it’s Nihar’s marriage, but he reveals that he is the one getting married. The family jokes about his decision to marry at his age, and Toshu comments that Nihar might face taunts.

Anupama’s brother expresses that people are quick to judge, but they aren’t there to share one’s joys or sorrows. He adds that his marriage is happening at Nihar’s insistence, and he acknowledges Baa’s good fortune in having a life partner like Babu Ji.

Anupama becomes emotional, calling it the best gift, and asks who the bride is. Baa says that it doesn’t matter; they don’t need to do anything about the marriage.

Meanwhile, Kunal and his friends tease Ansh, mocking him for buying snacks. When Ansh tries to retrieve the packet, they beat and kick him. Prem is seen running on the road and stops to show Aadhya a picture of her and Anupama, followed by a family photo. Aadhya passes by, unaware of Prem’s presence. Kunal and his goons continue their attack on Ansh.

Aadhya arrives and is horrified to see Ansh being beaten. She fights back fiercely, breaking a tube light on one of the goons and using a skimmer to strike them. She vows revenge on anyone who dares to hurt her brother.

Baa, meanwhile, expresses concern that Ansh left without receiving his tika, and says Anupama always supports the children. Prem decides to investigate.

As Aadhya carries an unconscious Ansh back home, the family bombards her with questions about what happened. Aadhya angrily accuses Prem of being behind the attack. Anupama tries to intervene, but Aadhya continues to blame Prem, accusing him of sending goons after Ansh.

Prem denies any involvement, explaining he holds no grudge against Ansh. Ansh clarifies that he had a fight with some people at a party, and they were seeking revenge.

Ansh shows the shakkar paare he bought for Aadhya and expresses how much he values her. Aadhya, emotional, tells him that she would’ve been devastated if he hadn’t brought them today. She declares that Ansh is not just her nephew but her brother, son, and everything to her.

Ansh jokes about how fiercely she fought the goons. Anupama silently reflects on how Aadhya has accepted one of the relationships in her life.

The episode concludes with Aadhya applying tika to Ansh, and he gifts her the shakkar paare. Anupama apologizes to Prem for the misunderstandings with Aadhya, but Prem, jokingly, expresses feeling jealous of Ansh for being the center of attention in the family. Anupama reassures him, praying that Aadhya’s life is filled with love and happiness.
