Soulmate update Wednesday 23 April 2025

The episode begins with Sachin overhearing a man apologizing to his wife. This infuriates him, and he lashes out at the man. Mangya steps in, apologizes on Sachin’s behalf, and invites the man to sit. Sachin’s friends try to pacify him.

Sachin vents his frustration, saying he can’t tolerate being annoyed. One of his friends advises him to live freely without worrying about others. Sachin then says he doesn’t feel like drinking anymore and decides to head home.

At home, Sayali is busy preparing dinner. When Sachin arrives, Paresh tells him to go and eat. Sachin heads to the dining table. Sayali cheerfully tells him she made rajma, chawal, and rotis. Noticing that he’s drunk, she pulls him aside into the kitchen and questions whether he’s been drinking.

He denies it and stands silently. She tells him to eat the food she prepared, but he insists on having an omelette instead. When she reminds him she cooked especially for him, he begrudgingly agrees to sit quietly.

Sayali mentions that the food will go to waste. Sachin snaps back, saying either she can eat it or he’ll have it in the morning. He asks why she made so much food.

She explains that Akash and Riya were supposed to come over, and she cooked for them. She tells him not to start another argument and that she’ll make the omelette. Just then, Akash and Riya arrive. Renu greets them and asks why they’re late.

Akash apologizes and asks if they’ve eaten. Renu replies that they already had dinner. Sayali invites them to eat, but Riya says they already had pizza outside as she was hungry. She then asks Sayali for some warm water.

Sachin interrupts, angry that Akash didn’t inform Sayali that they wouldn’t be eating. He says it was unfair for Sayali to cook without being updated and questions who will eat all the food now.

Sayali tries to brush it off, but Sachin continues to scold Akash. Akash apologizes and admits he should have called. Sachin insists they eat anyway. Riya tries to de-escalate the situation. Renu questions what Sachin is trying to prove, and Sayali attempts to calm him down.

At that moment, Tejas and Roshni arrive. Tejas asks why there’s so much yelling. Sachin explains that Sayali had cooked for Akash and Riya, but they had already eaten outside. Renu accuses Sayali of poisoning Sachin’s mind against the family.

Sayali defends herself, saying she’s not responsible for his behavior. Sachin supports Sayali, but Roshni argues that eating out is not a big deal. Sachin scolds her. Akash tries to apologize again, saying he’ll call next time. But Sachin insists they sit and eat.

Akash refuses. Paresh arrives and questions Sachin’s behavior. Sachin insists he’s just making a point and force-feeds Akash.

Sayali hands a glass of water to Akash. Riya calls Sachin crazy and argues with him. She says to throw the food if it’s such a problem and calls the whole thing nonsense. She tries to take Akash away. Sachin blocks them and mocks them for being inconsiderate.

Paresh defends Sachin, saying he’s upset because Sayali cooked with love. Riya then points out that Sachin is clearly drunk. Paresh tries to support Sachin but doesn’t finish his sentence.

Sachin insists he hasn’t been drinking. Tejas and Renu question him, and Paresh leaves the room in sadness. Renu begins scolding both Sayali and Sachin.

Roshni and Riya criticize Sachin’s behavior further, leaving Sayali in tears. Riya directly asks Sayali whether Sachin has a drinking problem. In response, Sachin taunts Akash and Tejas to reveal their own drinking habits to their wives.

Renu immediately confronts Tejas, who gets nervous. Roshni and Riya both press their husbands for answers. Akash admits he only drank for fun, while Tejas awkwardly confesses that they once drank just to try it, but didn’t like it.

Sachin calls them out for acting innocent. Riya, fed up, says they’re leaving and walks out with Akash and Tejas. Sachin turns to Sayali, who is visibly upset. Renu scolds both of them again and storms off. Sayali breaks down in tears. Sachin tries to convince her to eat something, but she refuses and pleads with him to give up drinking.
