Jhanak update Sunday 27 April 2025

The episode begins with Jhanak seeing Guru ji and expressing her shock. Anirudh comes downstairs and argues with Arshi. Arshi insists that they can’t keep Shrishti there for much longer and hopes she gets bail soon. Choton expresses that Jhanak isn’t truly gone and that the truth will come out. Arshi disagrees, accusing them of making things worse.

Choton challenges if they can force the police into action. Anjana asks him to drop the matter, but Arshi tells her to be quiet. Bablu stands up to Arshi, reminding her that just because they’re poor doesn’t mean they depend on her for anything. Shubh steps in to stop the argument. Bablu insists that the truth will come out and the culprit will be caught. Tanuja mocks them, and Anjana retorts. Arshi continues to argue with Choton, stating that if Tejas did anything, it’s not her mother’s fault.

Pandit ji explains that Jhanak had lost her memory, and though they didn’t know her true identity, they named her Notun as per his wish. Jhanak insists that she wants to go home, but Guru ji questions where she would go, to Mumbai or somewhere else. Jhanak replies that her loved one must have gotten better, but it would be better for everyone to forget the name Jhanak.

Pandit ji reveals that Jhanak’s mother, Urvashi, was a talented dancer who learned from him. Jhanak is surprised to learn that Guru ji’s twin brother, Kul Bhushan, is the one who stole his identity. She questions him further. Pandit ji explains that she’s still recovering and shouldn’t worry about such matters right now. Guru ji asks where Urvashi is, and Jhanak sadly reveals that she is no more.

Anirudh tells Arshi that the police haven’t shared much, but he believes Shrishti is involved in this. Arshi asks if he’s happy with this situation, but Anirudh responds that he’s ashamed of their relationship. He mentions that people will judge him for knowing her mother, and Arshi tells him to stay home if that’s how he feels. They continue to argue.

Anuradha and Lalon express their sadness over Jhanak’s death. Lalon insists they know who is responsible but feel powerless. Appu, angry and emotional, believes Arshi and Shrishti are to blame and laments that justice won’t bring Jhanak back. She cries, and Jhanak asks why everyone is crying. Guru ji also sheds tears, as Pandit ji remembers Urvashi’s contribution as his best student.

Jhanak reveals that Urvashi had been pushed to suicide by pressure, constantly speaking about her Guru ji, Brij Bhushan. She asks why her mother never recognized Kul Bhushan and got deceived. Pandit ji clarifies that the two looked alike, and only he, as a childhood friend, knew the difference—Brij Bhushan had a mole behind his ear. She demands to know why Guru ji’s brother did this. Guru ji explains that Kul Bhushan must have gained something from the betrayal.

Jhanak agrees to expose the truth, and Pandit ji proposes a dance program to do so. He suggests holding the event in Kolkata, where influential people, including Kul Bhushan, will attend. Jhanak refuses, stating that she can’t reveal her true identity to the Bose family. Pandit ji reassures her that they won’t use her real name and encourages her to stop hiding.

Anirudh expresses how deeply Jhanak’s pain has affected him. Appu tries to explain to Anuradha and Lalon that Jhanak’s death is final, just as her father is gone forever. She breaks down in grief, and Lalon comforts her.

Shubh, frustrated with Choton and Bablu, says he will no longer support them financially. Bablu defiantly says they won’t be quiet about Jhanak’s death, and if they must, they will leave the house. Shubh tells them to go, but Choton insists they won’t leave unless their father tells them to.

Pandit ji emphasizes the importance of the dance program in uncovering the truth behind Jhanak’s mother’s murder. He encourages Jhanak to find out who is responsible for her mother’s suffering, noting that her Guru ji had a significant role in the pain caused to Urvashi, especially with Shrishti’s influence. Jhanak firmly says she wants to know who is behind her mother’s hurt, and Pandit ji assures her that the truth will come to light.
