Rajat feels nervous at the hospital, dreading the upcoming blood test and the needles. Savi is at the reception filling out a form when Ashika enters, apologizing for being late. Savi tells Ashika it’s okay, as they just arrived as well. Ashika, taken aback, asks what Savi is doing there.

Rajat explains that Savi accompanied him for the test. Savi then tells Rajat and Ashika to take care of renewing Kiyaan’s contract while she fills out Rajat’s form. Ashika is puzzled, wondering why Savi seems so calm, especially while sending them together.

Meanwhile, Harini calls Savi and asks her to pick up Vansh while she fetches Sai, as she is going to a bhajan mandali with her mother-in-law. Savi agrees, and Harini thanks her before entering the hospital where Savi is already present. Rajat becomes more anxious when the doctor attempts to draw his blood.

Savi walks in and asks if Rajat’s work is done. Rajat scolds her for not being around to support him and also scolds the doctor for using a needle. The doctor tries to calm him, but Rajat admits he is terrified of needles. Ashika enters and tells Rajat he should grow up, especially since their children are growing.

She then tells Savi that Rajat used to be terrified of needles and would hold her hand tightly. Rajat denies this memory. As the doctor finally pricks him, Rajat holds Savi’s hand tightly, leaving Ashika frustrated.

Harini arrives at the hospital for her second pregnancy test, where the doctor reassures her that if the home pregnancy test was positive, the blood test should be positive too.

Rajat tells Ashika to call him if she ever needs help with Kiyaan, and Savi adds that Ashika can contact her too if Rajat is unavailable. Ashika asks why she would call Savi, and Rajat explains that Savi is more sensible when it comes to children and can give better advice.

Ashika storms off in anger. Savi, surprised by Ashika’s behavior, jokes about how Ashika is acting differently, prompting Rajat to ask if she’s fallen in love with him. Savi teases him in return, and their playful banter continues. They head off to pick up Sai and Vansh from school. Savi notices Harini at the hospital, feeling confused by the encounter.

At home, Vansh and Sai excitedly recount their camp experiences to Raju and Bhagyashree. Harini calls Savi to ask if she picked up Vansh. Savi confirms, but before she can say more, Harini abruptly disconnects, mentioning she’ll pick Vansh up in the evening. Meanwhile, Kiyaan misbehaves with the staff, but Milind steps in to teach him a lesson about respect. Milind then receives a call from Vansh and expresses how much he missed him, urging him to come home soon.

Kiyaan notices the strong bond between Milind and Vansh and questions Milind about it. Milind explains that his son is his buddy, and they enjoy each other’s company a lot. Harini, after receiving confirmation of her pregnancy from the doctor, lies to Savi, telling her that the test was negative. Savi, though, remains suspicious, but just as she’s about to confront Harini, she receives a call from Rajat and leaves, while Harini is left feeling guilty about her lie.

Aman informs Rajat that Mohit Sharma has bought Arsh’s car. Rajat, Savi, and Aman go to visit Mohit Sharma, who bought the car, suspecting he may be involved in Isha’s accident. After questioning him, they remain skeptical of Mohit’s story but leave without any solid proof.

On the phone with Arsh, Mohit mentions their visit, and Arsh warns him to stay silent. Harsh then contacts Jigar, instructing him to park the car in a new location, hinting at his continued involvement in the ongoing mystery.
