Saras and Kumud update Monday 19 May 2025

The episode begins with Saras and Danny discussing a project. Saras, however, rejects Danny’s proposal. Guniyal invites Ghuman to sit with the family, but Ghuman suggests that it’s getting late and they should leave. Kusum agrees, saying they need to cook dinner, but Vidyachatur encourages Ghuman to stay a little longer, mentioning that the family feels complete today. Ghuman thanks him for including her in the family, and Guniyal responds by acknowledging that they have no complaints and understand why Ghuman acted the way she did. Guniyal also mentions that they didn’t give Ghuman anything during the wedding but brings out a Shagun saree and other items to present to her. Ghuman expresses her gratitude, saying it’s her favorite color. Kabir walks in, glancing at Ghuman with a smile, and she thanks everyone for their thoughtful gesture.

Ghuman gives a suspicious look to Kalika, who wonders why Ghuman is glaring at her. Kalika starts to regret trusting Ghuman. Ghuman leaves with her sons and daughters-in-law, leaving the family members content to see their daughters happy and engaged in their households. Kabir approaches Ghuman and offers his help, but she coldly refuses, telling him he should have asked first. Kabir, however, remains persistent, reminding her that she stopped because of him yesterday. Ghuman brushes him off, saying she always wins with her mind and that his words don’t affect her. Danny notices the tension and asks if there’s a problem, to which Kabir explains that Ghuman’s car remote battery was dead, and he had suggested she replace it. Vidyachatur is happy to see the growing bond between the Vyas and Desai families.

Kabir, feeling vindictive, takes a photo of Ghuman and remarks that this time he will write her fate, as it’s all about hatred now. He looks at the house model and contemplates his next move. Vidyachatur, meanwhile, talks about Ghuman’s words, feeling that she has come to understand the value of his daughters. Badimaa, however, remains suspicious, pondering the sudden change in Ghuman’s behavior. Guniyal asks what’s on her mind, and Badimaa expresses her unease, saying she has never trusted Ghuman fully. Vidyachatur acknowledges that while he doesn’t fully trust her, he doesn’t think Ghuman would cheat Danny. He also hopes Nandu recovers soon. Badimaa is also upset with Saras for rejecting Danny’s proposal, which, she believes, has angered Ghuman. Vidyachatur responds that Danny is like a son to Saras and that Saras would do anything for him.

Meanwhile, Ghuman continues to try and manipulate the situation. She sits with everyone and brings up how Danny used to call her every day when he was away. She then proceeds to talk to Kusum about Danny’s past girlfriends. Danny dismisses it, saying he didn’t have any serious relationships. Ghuman probes further about Danny’s work at the factory, which Danny confirms, though Saras didn’t like the idea of the project. Danny insists that the project poses little risk, but Saras disagrees. Kusum sides with Saras and advises Danny not to argue. Ghuman watches with a contemplative expression. Saras leaves, followed by Kumud, while Kusum heads to make tea.

Danny, frustrated, goes to his room, where Kusum joins him with tea. She expresses her admiration for Danny’s idea but suggests that he should learn from Saras. She supports Saras’ decision, making Danny feel bad. He brushes off her words, saying it’s fine, and walks away. Later, Saras notices Kumud looking serious and asks what’s bothering her. Kumud shares her concern about Danny trying to do new things but emphasizes that Danny is not a child. Saras responds that Danny understands why he rejected the proposal and reassures Kumud not to worry.

Ghuman continues her manipulation by planting doubts in Danny’s mind. She tells him that he needs to learn from Saras and that Kusum has to respect his decisions if he wants to establish his own identity. Kumud overhears this and begins to worry about Ghuman’s influence on the brothers.

In the next scene, Kumud scolds Saras for being careless about his belongings, particularly leaving a towel on the bed. She tells him that while she will take care of things, he needs to be more mindful. Saras listens patiently, then admits that he will talk to Danny. Kumud insists that Danny needs a chance to prove himself, and she reminds Saras that he must trust him. Saras agrees to give Danny a chance, and Kumud smiles, hopeful.

Kabir later meets Danny and shows him some embroidery work, saying he’s struggling to find workers. Danny offers to help, providing Kabir with contact information. Kabir then steers the conversation toward the project, suggesting that Danny should invest independently, as Saras is not willing to take any risks. Kabir continues to plant seeds of doubt, implying that Danny and Saras’ mentalities don’t align. Danny, however, remains firm, stating that even if their paths are different, he will always walk with his brother. Kabir, smirking to himself, knows he is slowly sowing discord between them.
