Saras and Kumud update Sunday 18 May 2025

The episode begins with Ghuman showing concern for Danny’s health, suggesting that she call a doctor. Danny reassures her that he’s fine, but Ghuman scolds Kusum for using peanut oil in the food. Saras urges Danny to drink water, but Ghuman insists that Danny needs medication. Danny’s condition worsens, and Ghuman tells him to follow her. Kusum feels guilty, apologizing for the incident, but Danny reassures her that it’s not her fault. Ghuman tells Kusum not to worry, claiming she knows what needs to be done. Kumud comforts Kusum, explaining that she couldn’t have known about Danny’s allergy. Kusum continues to feel upset, but Kumud urges her not to cry. Ghuman returns with the medicine and promises to make ginger tea for Danny.

Danny insists that he’s fine, and Ghuman comments on how she thought Kusum knew about his allergy. Danny explains that they didn’t have enough time together for her to learn about it. Ghuman reminds him that true love means understanding the struggles of your partner, and Danny assures her that Kusum will be more careful in the future. Ghuman plans to break their bond through her love.

Kusum, still troubled, apologizes again to Danny, but Danny urges her to smile so he doesn’t start coughing again. He then tells Kusum to bring the plate of food, so he can feed her. Meanwhile, Saras and Kumud bring pizza for Danny, with Kumud playfully joining in on the window delivery idea. Despite Kusum’s reluctance to eat, Danny convinces her to try the pizza. Ghuman enters and sees them eating, thinking that as long as Kumud and Saras are around, her schemes won’t affect them. She leaves, instructing them to enjoy the meal and to give Danny the tea.

Vidyachatur shares good news with everyone that Laxminandan is recovering and will soon regain consciousness. Guniyal, relieved, hopes for his full recovery. Kabir overhears the conversation and smiles, while Kumud and Saras share a light moment together. Saras receives a call from Badimaa about Laxminandan’s progress and is overjoyed. He shares the good news with Kumud, and they celebrate together.

Meanwhile, Kabir receives a call from a doctor who specializes in brain surgery. The doctor offers to examine Laxminandan and assures everyone that he will recover soon. Ghuman, still skeptical, questions the doctor about his expertise. The doctor advises against moving Laxminandan to Dubai due to the risks but assures them that they can trust him. Saras asks about surgery, and the doctor agrees that it may be necessary, but more information will be provided after examining Laxminandan the next day.

The doctor prepares to leave, and Kabir tells him to stick to the answers they’ve discussed. Kumud, noticing the doctor’s phone, takes it to return to him. Outside, Kabir talks to the doctor privately, suggesting that Laxminandan’s recovery is uncertain, which creates tension. Meanwhile, Vidyachatur shares a cheque with Saras and Danny, and Kalika, who is with Ghuman, spills tea on Ghuman’s saree. Kalika apologizes and offers to help clean it, but Ghuman senses that she wants to speak privately. Kalika tells Ghuman that while she can choose to accept Kusum, she should not interfere with her plans. Ghuman agrees to keep Kalika’s secret, smiling to herself as she reflects on her manipulation.
