Saras and Kumud update Thursday 15 May 2025

The episode begins with Danny telling Ghuman that Kusum is his wife. He defends their relationship, stating that Kusum was in his arms because she is his wife. Ghuman, overwhelmed with emotion, slaps Danny in shock. She accuses him of being a cheater and says this is his true nature, marrying both of her sons off to their daughters without informing anyone. Danny explains that their marriage was not planned but happened because he loves Kusum, and he wants her by his side. He assures Ghuman that his father knows everything. However, Ghuman refuses to listen, stating that Danny is too naive to understand the consequences of his actions. She demands that he leave with her, away from Kusum, but Danny insists that he cannot go anywhere without his wife.

Ghuman becomes enraged and calls the situation nonsense. Danny stands firm, declaring that Kusum and he are united, and she must accept both of them. Ghuman, however, rejects the marriage and vows that Kusum will never step foot in her house. Kalika, meanwhile, smirks in the background, enjoying the tension.

As Ghuman storms off, Kalika approaches her, suggesting they unite against the Desai family. She recounts how Kumud similarly turned her life upside down and shares her hatred for the family. Ghuman, still furious, considers Kalika’s offer to join forces.

Meanwhile, Kusum is heartbroken, but Danny comforts her, assuring her that Ghuman’s anger is temporary. Kabir, witnessing the drama, offers his support to the Desai family, but he leaves for a meeting. He receives a call from a client, expressing dissatisfaction with the consignment. Kabir reassures him and leaves for the meeting, determined not to let the situation affect his work.

At the Desai house, Kumud tries to console Kusum, while Danny expresses his frustration over hiding the truth for so long. Yash’s mother comments on the situation, but Kumud believes Ghuman would have reacted harshly no matter when the truth came out. Saras agrees, though Kumud still feels sympathy for Ghuman. Danny declares that he will take Kusum to his house and make her a part of his life, despite Ghuman’s resistance.

The family prepares for Ghuman’s eventual return. Kumud and Saras express regret over not being able to make Danny’s birthday celebration perfect, but Danny assures them it’s okay. He feels grateful for their support. Vidyachatur praises his sons for their understanding of relationships.

Danny and Kusum visit Laxminandan, where Kusum tearfully speaks to him, apologizing for hiding their marriage. Danny expresses his hope that Laxminandan can talk to Ghuman and help her understand. He promises Kusum that he will try his best to make her a part of his life.

Back at home, Kumud advises Danny and Kusum to approach Ghuman with love and patience. Ghuman enters, taunting Kumud and Kusum. She mocks their attempt at pretending to be loving and demands that Kusum give sweets to everyone. Ghuman then forces Kusum to give the first sweet to Saras, claiming that Saras was her first love. The family is shocked, and Saras becomes visibly angry. Ghuman continues to accuse Kusum of using Danny for her own benefit, but Danny defends Kusum, insisting that she never manipulated him.

Ghuman’s accusations become more hurtful as she suggests Kusum’s love for him is a lie and that she only married him for personal gain. Danny tries to defend Kusum, but Ghuman’s harsh words cut deep.
