Saras and Kumud update Tuesday 13 May 2025

The episode begins with Kumud comforting Kusum. She explains that Ghuman is angry with them, believing they called Kaka over, leading to his accident. Vidyachatur reassures Kusum, promising that once Nandu recovers, he will explain things to Ghuman and bring her back home. Kabir arrives with Saras, announcing good news for everyone. Saras shares that Kabir’s client has accepted their order, which brings happiness to the family. Vidyachatur expresses his gratitude, praising Kabir for his efforts, and says that the Lord sent him to their house to relieve their problems.

Kabir brings sweets, and Saras insists that he should eat first. Kabir happily accepts, seeing the joy his news has brought. Saras adds that this proves their faith in their family was well placed, as Kabir’s actions have proven their trust to be right. Meanwhile, Ghuman stops Danny and asks about his birthday plans. Danny replies that he’ll be at the hospital with his dad, but Ghuman insists on celebrating his birthday, saying she will arrange it on his father’s behalf. Danny reluctantly agrees, and Ghuman assures him she will be there.

Kusum, looking at her bangles, remembers Danny and smiles as she wears them. She notices Kalika wearing her red bangles and confronts her. Kalika, looking uneasy, returns the bangles, but the two get into a heated argument. Kusum scolds her for taking them without permission, while Kalika taunts her. Kalika feels insulted by Kusum’s words and warns her not to forget that this is her house too. Yash and the rest of the family come to check on the situation, and Kusum tells them about Kalika’s disrespect. Kalika tries to defend herself, but Yash scolds her, demanding an apology from her. Kalika grudgingly apologizes before storming off.

Kumud tells Saras about Kusum’s outburst, saying that Kusum’s anger wasn’t just about Kalika but was rooted in Ghuman’s actions. Saras suggests that it’s time to tell Kusum the truth, but Kumud worries about Ghuman’s reaction. Saras reassures her, sharing that he spoke to the doctor, who said Nandu is improving and will soon regain consciousness. Kumud is relieved and expresses gratitude. She remembers that it’s Danny’s birthday tomorrow and they need to make plans. Saras agrees, acknowledging that it will be Danny’s first birthday after marriage, and he might want to spend it with Kusum.

Meanwhile, Danny reflects on Ghuman’s words and grows emotional. He talks to Kusum, who reassures him, saying she’s fine where she is. However, she also tells him she can’t be with him on this special day. Danny insists that he can’t celebrate without her. Despite the distance, they share a heartfelt moment, expressing their love.

The next morning, Danny receives a gift, and Kumud wishes him a happy birthday. Saras gives him a camera, encouraging him to capture the most special moments of his life. Ghuman arrives, wishing Danny a happy birthday and telling him that the celebration will be in the evening. Danny asks when they will visit the hospital, as he wants his dad to wish him too. Saras suggests that Danny enjoy his day and keep a smile on his face.

At the party venue, Ghuman is busy making arrangements when Kabir arrives, surprising her. She demands to know why he’s there, and he casually introduces himself. Kabir hands her a saree as a gift, but Ghuman, clearly irritated, dismisses it. Saras and Kumud arrive shortly after, and Kabir explains that it’s a sample that their client approved. Ghuman is still skeptical, and Kabir gifts Danny a birthday hug. Kabir exits after giving his regards, leaving a bewildered Ghuman behind. Saras and Kumud decide to leave, and Kusum, missing Danny, wonders how he is. Saras calls her, urging her to come see Danny despite Ghuman’s presence. Kusum hesitates, fearing Ghuman’s reaction, but Saras reassures her, offering to pick her up. Kusum agrees to take the risk and surprise Danny. Kalika overhears and smiles deviously, planning her own surprise for Kusum.
