During the courtroom proceedings, Jagtap questions Ashika about her location at the time of Isha’s accident. Before she can respond in depth, Rajat steps in, claiming that Ashika was with him on November 2nd—the day of the incident. The judge then summons Rajat to the witness stand. As Jagtap grills Rajat with probing questions, Savi intervenes, defending Rajat and asking Jagtap to stop pressuring him. In light of the rising tension, the judge decides to adjourn the hearing until the following day.

After the court break, Jagtap confronts Savi about why she protected Rajat in court. Savi then confesses that Rajat lied on the stand—he was actually with Isha on the day of the accident. Despite their personal issues, Savi says she chose to shield Rajat’s dignity and reputation. Jagtap, though surprised, agrees to stay silent about Rajat’s lie, not realizing that Rajat has overheard their conversation from a distance.

Meanwhile, at home, Bhagyashree accuses Tara of secretly siding with Ashika. Tara clarifies that she isn’t supporting Ashika but is instead standing by Rajat. This revelation leaves Bhagyashree heartbroken, further deepening the family rift. Elsewhere, Rajat warns Ashika to keep her boyfriend under control and avoid creating more problems.

Later that evening, Sai insists that Rajat and Savi have dinner together as a family. The dinner is tense, with awkward silence and unspoken emotions. When Sai becomes upset, Savi gently helps her understand the situation, prompting Sai to apologize and encourage the two adults to make peace. Trying to bring them closer, Sai arranges for Rajat and Savi to sleep in the same room but quietly slips out during the night, leaving them alone.

The next morning, Savi wakes up to find Rajat still holding her hand, resulting in a quiet but emotionally charged moment.

As court resumes, Jagtap takes a stronger stance, pointing out contradictions in Rajat’s testimony. He challenges Rajat’s claims about Ashika and Isha, calling in Aman to testify. Aman reveals that Rajat was actually with him on November 2nd and provides solid evidence that directly contradicts Rajat’s earlier statements. Jagtap accuses Rajat and others of deliberately covering up the truth to protect Ashika. He names Ashika as the primary culprit in Isha’s case and demands justice through her punishment.
