During the courtroom proceedings, Jagtap passionately argues that Ashika is responsible for Isha’s accident and urges the judge to hold her accountable and issue a punishment. Ashika’s lawyer, Dharam, interrupts and raises the possibility that Isha’s accident could have been influenced by the medication she takes for her panic attacks. He requests permission to cross-examine Isha, which the judge grants, calling Isha to the witness stand. Savi becomes emotional upon seeing Isha in this vulnerable position.

Before the questioning begins, Rajat steps in to stop it, asserting that Isha was mentally stable and physically well on the day of the incident. The judge then allows Rajat and Dharam ten minutes in private to clarify their stance. In this private discussion, Dharam discloses that Isha herself requested her condition be used in court to avoid further deepening the rift between Rajat and Savi. Overwhelmed by guilt, Rajat instructs Dharam to avoid dragging his family into the matter any further and to conclude the case. The judge then adjourns the session and announces the final hearing will be held soon.

Outside the courtroom, Rajat expresses to Dharam the urgency of finding concrete evidence to prove Ashika’s innocence. Meanwhile, Ashika confronts Aman for testifying against her. Aman calmly responds that he isn’t against Rajat; instead, he is trying to protect Rajat’s marriage to Savi. He firmly tells Ashika that he doesn’t owe her any explanations. Rajat overhears this and Aman tells him that, in time, he will realize his mistake and regret it. Savi watches the exchange from afar. When Rajat offers her a ride home, she refuses, telling him he already walked away from her life.

Later, as Savi is on her way, Jigar approaches in his car and harasses her. Rajat arrives just in time and violently assaults Jigar, injuring his own hand in the process. Aman and others intervene to stop him. Rajat grabs Savi’s hand and forcibly puts her in the car, insisting that she is still his wife. During the ride home, Savi tends to his injured hand and drives them back.

At home, Savi sarcastically questions Rajat’s actions, only to discover that he had already called the doctor for Isha’s care, hinting at his silent concern.

Elsewhere, Ashika is haunted by a nightmare about Kiyaan. Arsh, with a touch of sarcasm, warns her that early morning dreams often come true.

The next day, Rajat obtains CCTV footage that finally proves Ashika’s innocence. He shares the news with her, bringing a wave of relief.
