The episode opens with Anirudh expressing his deep feelings, telling Jhanak, “I love you.” However, Jhanak asks him to leave her alone. Emotionally overwhelmed, she says she should have died, and that Sadhu Baba and her father were the ones who saved her. Anirudh insists that it was his love that truly saved her, saying she’ll only realize it when he’s gone. Jhanak angrily dismisses this as nonsense. He tells her he wants to be with her completely.

Meanwhile, Shrishti confronts Kul, leading to a tense argument. Kul secretly records their conversation. Shrishti brazenly tells him to kill Brij, accusing him of trying to protect Jhanak. Kul reminds her that she already attempted to kill Jhanak—her own daughter. Shrishti coldly admits it, claiming she never accepted Jhanak as her child and always saw her as a threat.

Elsewhere, Mimi continues her manipulations. She pretends innocence in front of Shubh and argues with Dr. Sen, who warns Shubh about her character. Mimi protests, saying she’s being insulted. Shubh, trying to settle the matter, insists he’s paid what was due. Dr. Sen says he never wanted the money—he was only concerned with the truth.

On a lighter note, Mrinalini meets Choton and their interaction is sweet and flirty. She jokes about his lack of romance, prompting him to promise more effort. Their playful exchange reveals their growing bond. Bablu spots them enjoying panipuri and takes photos, intending to save them as memories. A passerby accuses him of being a stalker, and a crowd gathers. Choton defends Bablu, explaining he’s his brother. The misunderstanding is cleared up, and Bablu promises not to show the photos publicly.

Shrishti continues her confession to Kul, admitting she never loved Brij and only pretended affection to gain his dance training and wealth. She confesses that she doesn’t love Vinayak either—only his money—and that Arshi is the only person she genuinely cares about. Despite being Jhanak’s biological mother, she feels no emotional connection and wants her gone. Kul listens, quietly saving the damning recording.

Back with Anirudh and Jhanak, he pleads with her to touch his hand and say she doesn’t love him—promising to walk away forever if she does. Jhanak, holding back tears, touches him and says she doesn’t love him. She thinks to herself that this is their fate now. Anirudh, heartbroken, asks why she keeps hurting him. He accepts her denial and walks away, saying if she doesn’t need his love, then he doesn’t need hers either.

Back at Dr. Sen’s clinic, tension brews again. He complains to Shubh about Mimi’s behavior, saying she’s the real issue. Mimi teases him by winking, infuriating him further. Shubh regrets bringing her to the clinic. Mimi accuses Dr. Sen of giving her the wrong medicines. As they leave, she returns to collect her phone and cheekily takes the money, promising they’ll meet again. Her flirty attitude leaves Dr. Sen fuming.

Shrishti and Kul’s battle continues. Kul questions if she ever truly loved anyone—Arshi, Brij, or even Vinayak. Shrishti firmly denies it, stating she only pretended for personal gain. She warns him she’ll frame him if she’s declared innocent. Kul remains unfazed, accusing her of being capable of anything, even abandoning her own child. After she leaves, he looks at the recording of their conversation and smiles, knowing he has the upper hand.

The episode ends with Anirudh making one last plea to Jhanak. He asks her again to touch him and deny her love. She complies, saying she doesn’t love him, while silently suffering. Anirudh walks away, hurt, thinking she no longer wants him or his love.
