The episode begins with Kavita lying in court, as Debashish questions her. She admits that she had informed the shelter home she was going to meet relatives, stating she had no other option. Debashish accuses her of lying, and Shubh tries to defend her, claiming she is known to him. However, Debashish insists she’s lying, sparking an argument with Shubh. The judge intervenes, ordering them to stop and continue with the case. Debashish presses Kavita with further questions, asking why she didn’t seek help from others like she had before. She responds, expressing exhaustion and revealing that she had married and didn’t want any new drama in her life. Debashish challenges her, questioning why she didn’t refuse Urvashi when she saw her. Shubh is perplexed by the question, but Debashish presses on, implying that Kavita had the courage to speak up in the past.

The judge, tired of the back-and-forth, says no further questions should be asked. He calls for the next witness. Shubh thanks the judge and asks Kavita to sit next to Jhanak, who, still in disbelief, says she can’t accept any woman as her mother just like that. Meanwhile, Arshi decides to speak to Anirudh about Jhanak and warns him that Jhanak might leave him once her goals are fulfilled. Anirudh dismisses her concerns, suggesting that Jhanak is in a vulnerable position and that no one should speak ill of her. Arshi, with an air of resentment, implies that one day, Jhanak will take all his wealth, leaving Anirudh to realize his mistake. Jhanak overhears the conversation and gets frustrated.

The scene shifts back to the court, where Debashish introduces the next witness: Brijbhushan Bhanushali. Shockingly, Brij enters the court, leaving everyone in disbelief. The Judge confirms that he is Kulbhushan and clarifies that Brij hasn’t shown up yet. Brij takes the witness stand, and Vinayak turns to Shrishti, asking what’s going on. She responds that this man is Kul. Vinayak, confused, remarks on how she could not recognize him earlier, to which Shrishti hesitates, saying she met him recently in the court.

As the hearing progresses, Debashish continues questioning Brij about his involvement with Kavita, and Brij denies knowing her well. Debashish presses harder, implying that Brij is lying. The tension rises as Debashish presents evidence to suggest Jhanak is Shrishti’s and Brij’s daughter. Brij continues to deny, offering no substantial proof. Debashish then asks why Brij changed his hairstyle, and the shocking revelation is made that Kul has entered the court. Shrishti thinks to herself, unsure if she had spoken to Kul or Brij earlier.

Brij explains that the hairstyle change was necessary to provide proof, and he shares a recording on his phone. Vinayak turns to Shrishti, asking if anything happened between them. She denies it, but Debashish plays the audio recording. Jhanak reacts angrily, and Debashish confirms that the recording was made just the day before. Brij admits that he disguised himself as Kul to meet Shrishti and get this proof for Jhanak. Shrishti denies the recording, but Debashish insists that the voice will be authenticated, and whoever lies will face punishment.

The judge then adjourns the court for the day. Shrishti turns to Arshi, claiming the audio is all a lie. She confronts Brij, asking why he didn’t tell her the truth. Brij defends his actions, stating that he had to do this to help Jhanak. As the scene shifts, Shrishti stops Vinayak and pleads with him to understand that she hasn’t betrayed him. He coldly responds that he believes she has deceived him, as Brij and Jhanak have shown him his mistake.

The argument continues as Vinayak accuses Shrishti of lying to cover up one mistake after another. He tells her that the lies will eventually catch up with her, and she will have to pay for them. Shrishti tries to justify herself, but Vinayak leaves, leaving her frustrated.

Meanwhile, Brij meets with Kul and discusses how the evidence has been obtained. Brij warns that anyone who tried to harm him will not go unpunished, and Kul assures him that they need solid proof. Brij plans to use the lawyer to strengthen his case and continue his mission. Kul suggests that Brij live with his daughter and get her married, while he plans to leave for Mumbai.

Back at the scene, Jhanak defends her marriage to Anirudh when Kul taunts her about chasing him. She retorts, but Anirudh intervenes, making it clear that Kul is a fraud. Jhanak warns Anirudh that Brij will be the one to suffer the consequences for his actions. The episode ends with Anirudh expressing concern for Jhanak’s safety, but she assures him that they must focus on the court case and not worry about Brij for now.

Jhanak and Anirudh leave together, determined to face whatever comes next.
