Anupama update Wednesday 4 June 2025

The episode begins with Suman confronting Bhumi, urging her to tell the truth. Bhumi insists she has already been honest, but Suman questions the marks on Bhumi’s hands. Bhumi claims they are just bangle marks, but Suman warns her not to lie and demands the truth. Bhumi repeats that she is telling the truth but admits she didn’t tell Suman earlier because she was afraid Suman would hate her.

Suman reassures her, saying she is her sister and must learn to face challenges openly. She tells Bhumi not to hide anything from her because the truth will come out eventually. Bhumi recalls Gajendra’s threats and lies again, confessing that while she believes Suman will forgive her, she struggles to forgive herself. Suman then tells Bhumi to go inside and focus on her studies, though she senses Bhumi is still hiding something.

Teerth arrives home and calls out for Suman. Narsingh mentions he hasn’t seen her since morning. Teerth wonders if she has gone to meet Suman. Gitanjali suspects Devika is trying to ruin Teerth’s happiness and wonders what is in the file she has. She plans to inform Laddoo about it. Gitanjali asks Teerth if he’s worried because Suman is not home, and Teerth admits he is since she isn’t answering his calls.

Gitanjali teases him, suggesting he has feelings for Suman and calls her the “ghar lakshmi” (household goddess). When Teerth points out that Gitanjali used to dislike Suman, she replies that wise people change with circumstances. She praises Suman for being understanding and supportive, encouraging Teerth to drop his stubbornness and accept that Suman is his life and future. Chandrakant overhears and sarcastically questions their plans.

Suman reflects on Bhumi’s lies, recalling that there was no liquid at home as Bhumi claimed. She suspects Bhumi was on her way to meet her before the accident and wonders if Bhumi’s accident and Reva’s kidnapping are connected. She decides to talk to Gulshan and heads out on her scooter. Meanwhile, Chandrakant reprimands Gitanjali for advising Teerth to be with Suman. Kritika calls Devika to inform her about Gitanjali and Teerth’s plans and mentions Chandrakant is scolding her.

Devika, overwhelmed by pressure, ends the call. Chandrakant tells Teerth that Devika was right—he won’t keep his promise to leave Suman after six months, and that they will soon ask him to stay. Teerth insists he will honor his promise, but Chandrakant refuses to trust him and demands he sign a document promising to leave Suman. Akhil is sent to fetch the papers.

Suman visits Gulshan and questions him about kidnapping Reva. Gulshan claims he did it for money and is a puppet of Devika. Suman accuses him of lying, pointing out that he didn’t ask for ransom. Gulshan explains that he hoped to get money because his mother was not speaking to him. Suman challenges him about going to Reva’s school, but a constable interrupts, telling her to leave. Suman identifies herself as Teerth Mittal’s wife, and the constable acknowledges knowing Devika Mittal as well. Suman departs.

Teerth is confused about what to do next. Chandrakant hands him divorce papers that Devika had given him, mocking them as “chaat wali” divorce papers. Outside the police station, Suman spots Devika’s car and sees her talking to someone suspiciously. The woman is Poorna, who threatens to expose Gulshan’s situation on social media if he isn’t released from custody.

Devika assures her nothing will happen to Gulshan. Suman overhears and confronts them, accusing Devika of being involved in a conspiracy. Poorna emotionally warns Suman about the risks, but Suman remains determined to uncover the truth, vowing that those involved will not be spared. Devika worries that Chandrakant will soon decide to remove Suman from the picture.

Elsewhere, Rahi watches as Mahi expresses her love for Prem, leaving Prem stunned. An anchor announces the best dancers, and Mahi and Ishani are called to receive their prize.

In a car, Anupama shares her fears of losing Janki behen, who reassures her she is back in her life now and urges her to take care of herself by getting a health checkup. Mahi calls Anupama excitedly, telling her that Prem confessed he loves her and asks Anupama to talk to him tomorrow. Anupama agrees but feels uneasy. Mahi feels hopeful since Prem didn’t reject her confession.

Prem, meanwhile, is shocked and avoids Anupama’s call, texting her that he will talk later. He worries Mahi misunderstood his friendly behavior and thinks about confessing his love for Rahi.

Ansh urges Prem to pay the bill as they prepare to leave. The restaurant manager mistakes Prem for someone else and apologizes for not recognizing him immediately. Prem explains a friend is playing a prank, but then asks the manager to take the bill. Anupama tells Janki behen about Mahi’s claim, and Janki believes it since it came from Mahi. However, Anupama senses something is off.
