Jhanak update Saturday 14 June 2025

The episode opens with Arshi angrily cursing Jhanak, causing Jhanak to break down in tears. Anirudh steps in, telling Arshi to stop, reminding her that Jhanak’s life has never been easy her biological mother abandoned her, and she was raised by Urvashi.

He explains how society mistreated Urvashi, leading to her relatives’ cruel insults that eventually drove Urvashi to suicide. He also mentions that some people murdered Jhanak’s father. Given such hardships, how can anyone expect Jhanak’s life to be normal? Anirudh expresses his wish for Jhanak to live her life freely and on her own terms.

Meanwhile, Jhimli argues fiercely with Lalon and Anuradha, insulting Appu’s family. Appu declares his deep love for Jhimli. Lalon warns Jhimli not to cross the line and reminds her of how much Appu cares for her. Anirudh asks Arshi to control her emotions and face reality, then takes Jhanak with him.

Aditya calls Arshi and Bipasha for lunch, mentioning that they know Anirudh well. Jhimli, confused and angry, vents her frustration against the Bose family, accusing them of taking everything from her family. She avoids talking about Lalon. Anuradha urges Jhimli to calm down and come with her.

Appu reassures Jhimli, admitting he is sick and needs medication every day. He promises to recover and restore everything she’s lost, even involving Jhanak’s help, and insists that no one should speak ill of Jhanak. The commissioner calls Lalon, requesting him to bring Jhanak for a meeting related to the ongoing case. Lalon agrees.

Appu comforts Jhimli with promises of getting everything back, and she leaves as Anuradha sheds tears.

Anirudh explains to Jhanak that the police will come to take everyone’s fingerprints to help determine who is telling the truth. He reveals that Aditya has officially taken the case to the police. Shubh objects, but Anirudh insists on uncovering the truth, saying if Jhanak truly intended to marry Aditya, she would have told everyone.

Meanwhile, Rumi and Mimi visit the clinic to meet Dr. Anirban Sen. They bring their friends along and manage to get past the receptionist to reach Anirban’s office. Anirban questions who they are as Rumi and Mimi enter. Mimi flirts with him, making him visibly uncomfortable.

Anirudh admits he’s not trying to prove anything yet; if Jhanak is lying, it will be difficult to accept. Arshi asks what will happen if Jhanak’s story is proven false. Anirudh says then Jhanak will face punishment.

Anirban starts the medical checkups one by one. He picks up Mimi, who protests, but he tells her she is next. Hospital staff interrupts, questioning the group, and Mimi replies they are here to invite the doctor, calling him their hero, young, talented, and smart.

She hands Anirban an invitation, which he accepts. Dadi worries that the police coming to their home will bring disgrace, but Anirudh assures her he will get Dadu and Dadi’s names removed from the suspect list.

Choton willingly agrees to give his fingerprints. Shubh objects, but Anirudh insists that Aditya also wants the truth to come out. Anjana agrees, saying the matter should be cleared up. Bipasha counters that police cannot force anyone to give fingerprints if they refuse.

Anirudh questions Bipasha’s fear, but she denies being scared.

Anirban says he doesn’t have time for checkups now, but Mimi teases that they will see him at their college tomorrow, where he will come as a judge and be welcomed with flowers.

Anirban jokes about being welcomed with garlands instead and laughs at the invitation, admitting life is boring without challenges, so he will attend.

Anirudh mentions that even his fingerprints will be taken, but that doesn’t mean he sent any suspicious messages. If it’s proven that Jhanak is lying, then consequences will follow.

Bipasha and Arshi argue with Jhanak, who says only the police can uncover the truth — there’s nothing she can do about it.

Aditya arrives with the police and asks if everyone is ready. Anirudh insists that Dadi wouldn’t have sent any messages and asks to have her name removed from the suspect list. He also says Dadu is ill and unlikely to be involved. He states that everyone else is present and they are prepared.
