The doctor informs Anubhav that Savi needs immediate surgery, but they require the signature of either her husband or a close family member to proceed. Anubhav considers calling Rajat but stops, remembering Savi’s firm decision to end all ties after signing the divorce papers.

Back at home, Isha grows increasingly anxious about Savi. Anubhav contacts her to explain the situation and urges her to come to the hospital right away. Alarmed, Isha informs Shantanu of the accident. When Bhagyashree asks about Savi’s condition, Isha, overwhelmed by emotion, snaps at her and tells her to stay quiet. Young Sai overhears the conversation and worriedly asks if something has happened to her mother. Isha avoids answering and leaves with Shantanu, while Bhagyashree stays behind to comfort Sai.

At the hospital, Rajat roams the corridors in distress. He gets a call from Raju, who tells him that Savi has been admitted to the city hospital. Rajat rushes over, only to be stopped by Anubhav. Furious, Anubhav confronts Rajat, blaming him for destroying Savi’s life. When Rajat claims she’s still his wife, Anubhav rebukes him, reminding him of the divorce and the pain he caused Savi by doubting her loyalty. Anubhav refuses to let Rajat near her, asserting that as her childhood friend, he has always stood by her.

The confrontation turns physical as the two grab each other’s collars in a heated argument. A doctor intervenes and separates them, urgently reminding Anubhav that Savi’s condition is deteriorating and blood is needed immediately. Anubhav reaches out to his contacts and arranges for the blood, deliberately ignoring Rajat’s questions.

Rajat insists he cares for Savi, but Anubhav retorts that he doesn’t even know her blood type. He then reveals that Savi had dreams of becoming an IAS officer and had struggled alone after losing her parents. He accuses Rajat of being the worst person in her life — someone who never truly understood her, unlike Anubhav, who knows every detail.

When Anubhav’s team delivers the AB-negative blood, Rajat realizes it’s his own blood type and argues he could’ve donated. Anubhav coldly replies that Savi doesn’t need anything from him now.

Isha and the family arrive at the hospital, anxious for updates. Anubhav takes Isha to sign the consent form for the operation. Later, the doctor shares a grim update: Savi’s chances of survival are very low. The family is devastated.

Isha confronts Rajat in anger and heartbreak, blaming him entirely for Savi’s suffering. Shantanu expresses deep regret over ever agreeing to their marriage, vowing that if anything happens to Savi, he will never forgive Rajat. Raju also lashes out at Rajat and demands that he leave the hospital immediately.

Crushed by guilt, Rajat remembers the times he hurt and disrespected Savi. Just then, he receives a call from Sai. She innocently asks to speak with her mother. Rajat lies, saying Savi is sleeping. Sai then asks him to tie a protective thread on Savi’s wrist, convinced it will help her recover. Touched by her faith and innocence, Rajat silently resolves to fulfill her request.
