Sacred Love update Saturday 21 June 2025

The episode opens with Adrija overhearing Chandan and Mahua’s conversation. She becomes furious after listening in. Meanwhile, Chandan tries to persuade Mahua to agree to Meghla and Ranbir’s marriage, but she refuses firmly.

“I will not be a part of this marriage,” Mahua states. “I support Adrija in this matter.”

Elsewhere, Nimrit expresses her preference, saying, “I like Adrija. Meghla still seems like a child.”

Harman and Param tease Ranbir, and Nimrit joins in on the fun. They all laugh together, enjoying the light-hearted moment.

Just then, Meher walks in and notices everyone relaxing. “I was cooking in the kitchen, and you’re all enjoying yourselves here,” she remarks.

Harman and Param apologize playfully.

Meher turns to Ranbir and asks, “Did you tell him?”

Ranbir looks confused. “Tell him what?” he asks.

Meher explains, “Chandan returned the necklace. I tried to talk to him, but he wouldn’t listen. It’s nice to see you smiling — you’ve clearly moved on from Meghla. That’s good. You’ll find a better match.”

Back at home, Chandan continues trying to reason with Mahua. “Please try to understand — I’m doing this for Meghla’s future,” he pleads.

Mahua counters, “What did Ranbir say that suddenly made you change your mind?”

Chandan responds seriously, “Meghla has been with us since she was a child, but she isn’t our biological daughter. She has her own identity, her own life. If this truth comes out someday… it’s better we settle her life with a marriage now.”

Mahua insists, “I’ve never treated Meghla differently from Adrija.”

Chandan explains further, “You want to protect Adrija’s feelings, but this alliance might actually break her down emotionally. She and Meghla could become strangers, never speaking again.”

He continues, “Adrija is full of resentment toward Meghla. Meghla, on the other hand, always does so much for her. Honestly, I’ve lost hope in Adrija’s behavior.”

Mahua finally relents a bit and says, “Fine, if Adrija is at fault… okay.”

Unbeknownst to them, Adrija is quietly watching and listening from a distance.

Meanwhile, at Ranbir’s house, Meher asks Harman to speak up.

Harman looks hesitant. “Should I say it?” he asks.

Simran encourages him, and Ranbir admits, “Nothing’s been confirmed yet. I went to meet Chandan to try and convince him.”

Meher reacts with surprise, “Really? That’s strange. Meghla is just a simple, ordinary girl. What do you see in her?”

Ranbir responds sincerely, “She may be simple, but she’s special to me.”

He explains his feelings, and Harman adds, “At least he spoke from the heart. He won’t regret it because he gave it his all.”

Param chimes in, “I have a feeling this marriage will happen.”

Still unconvinced, Meher says, “Maybe Chandan has changed his mind, but we can’t rush into marriage. Couldn’t you find anyone else?”

Ranbir says firmly, “She’s a good person, even if she’s dealing with many struggles. I don’t want to hurt her. I’m willing to wait until she’s ready — even if it takes 4–5 years. Chandan uncle said he would let me know. I’ll wait.”

Meher watches him silently, taking in his words.

Back at Chandan’s house, Adrija tries to avoid being seen by Mahua.

Chandan tells Mahua, “You’re her mother. You can’t be blind to reality.”

Mahua replies, “What if Adrija does something drastic?”

Chandan answers, “Adrija is overwhelmed with jealousy and insecurity. That won’t bring her happiness or peace. And yes, I agree — she might create a scene. I even fear that, in a fit of rage, she could physically hurt Meghla.”

Mahua defends her daughter, “Adrija is your daughter too. She’s smart and capable. Is it her fault that she’s in pain?”

Chandan responds, “It’s not about fault — it’s about choices. Competing with others is never healthy. Meghla is focused and grounded in life. What should I tell Ranbir? I promised I’d get back to him.”

Mahua asks, “Have you even asked Meghla if she agrees to this alliance? If she’s already agreed, then Adrija was right all along.”

Chandan urges her, “Tell me your decision.”

Mahua admits, “Yes, Meghla was willing. Who could say no to a man like Ranbir? She just didn’t have the courage to say it aloud. But I’m only worried about Adrija — not Meghla or anyone else.”

Chandan reassures her, “Adrija is my daughter too. She’ll find someone right for her.”

Mahua sighs and tells him to go ahead and make the decision. “I know you won’t change your mind,” she says. “But I can’t happily be part of this wedding. Sometimes, no matter how much you do for someone, they still end up hurting you.”

As she turns, she sees Adrija quietly crying, heartbroken and hiding nearby.
