Anupama update Wednesday 25 June 2025

The episode begins with Khyati’s mother-in-law instructing Anupama to begin the food preparations. Meanwhile, Parag silently vows not to ruin the festival but remains determined not to forgive whoever damaged his car and disrespected his mother. Khyati encourages her husband to freshen up, and her mother-in-law reminds him that he must lead the aarti. Observing this, Anupama remains quiet.

At the Shah household, Ansh is upset while checking his laptop. He tells his friend someone has stolen his gaming concept. Babuji enters and encourages Ansh to create a new game. However, Ansh recalls Anupama’s advice that one should never give up on their rights. He then receives a call from the Kotharis, asking him to meet Gautam regarding a gaming collaboration. Excited, Ansh tells Babuji they might even consider him as a prospective son-in-law since they have old ties with the family.

At the Kothari house, a servant directs Anupama and her team to the kitchen. Janaki behen and the others arrive to help. Anupama admires the idol of Lord Shrinathji but insists they focus on their work. She mentions how Radha nearly had an accident due to Khyati’s mother-in-law’s car. Rahi realizes this explains Anupama’s reaction upon seeing her. Janaki behen criticizes the lady’s cold nature, but Anupama remains focused, saying they’re there to work.

Just then, Prarthana approaches and calls out to Anupama. Anupama is surprised and asks what she’s doing there. Prarthana reveals that she lives in the Kothari mansion and that Parag Kothari is her father. She adds that her mother sent her to check on them. Anupama recalls the day they met before, but the moment is interrupted when Gautam enters. He reprimands Prarthana, complaining that although he’s returned home after two weeks, she’s more focused on the staff than on her husband. Anupama observes this and realizes Gautam is Prarthana’s husband. Prarthana tries to explain, but Gautam dismisses her and tells her to change into the diamond necklace he gave her, instead of wearing her mother’s. Witnessing this disrespect, Anupama and Rahi are deeply disturbed. Anupama starts questioning why Prem had earlier claimed he didn’t know Prarthana.

Meanwhile, Khyati thanks Parag for gifting her a Premchand book, calling him the best husband. Parag teases her, saying he only reads the parts she underlines. His brother Anil and sister-in-law Nita join in. Nita mentions her sugar levels are under control thanks to a herbal remedy suggested by Khyati and a London doctor recommended by their father. Anil’s sons arrive and have a cheerful exchange with Parag, who encourages them to begin working. One of them jokingly takes money from Parag, and the family shares a lighthearted moment.

Elsewhere, Mahi looks for a sewing kit and stumbles upon Prem’s wallet. A photo of Prem and Rahi with the message “I love you Rahi” falls out. Mahi silently folds the picture and stares at Prem’s image, her emotions clearly stirred.

Back at the Kothari home, the family gathers for the aarti. Gautam announces a new business deal with the Agarwals. Parag reminds him that family always comes first, to which Gautam agrees. Prarthana enters, and Parag politely asks how she is. She replies that she’s fine, and he tells her she should be happier. Khyati’s mother-in-law then instructs Parag and Khyati to perform the aarti, but Parag insists she go first. She leads the aarti, followed by Parag-Khyati, Anil-Nita, and other family members.

While Anupama quietly observes the ceremony, Khyati’s mother-in-law turns to her and orders her to get back to cooking. She rudely adds that if anyone is unwell, they should not be involved in food preparation. Rahi, upset by her tone, questions if even Yashoda Maiyya would have kept Lord Krishna hungry. Anupama gently stops Rahi from saying more. The mother-in-law complains to Parag that the staff is challenging their traditions. Parag brushes it off, saying that while wealthy people raise questions, people like them just create scenes.
