Jhanak update Saturday 28 June 2025

The episode begins with Arshi reminding Anirudh that they are now husband and wife. She confronts his silence, urging him to admit if he feels nothing for her. She tells him she will leave if his heart holds no affection. To her surprise, Anirudh asks her to stay. Arshi, emotionally overwhelmed, confesses that he is her greatest weakness and embraces him. While she finds comfort in the moment, Anirudh is internally consumed with guilt. He believes Jhanak deserves better than what he can offer. As Arshi drifts off to sleep, Anirudh reminisces about his time with Jhanak, lost in thoughts of what could have been.

Meanwhile, Jhanak prepares to leave Kolkata behind. Her heart is heavy with sorrow, but she remains hopeful that everyone she leaves behind will find happiness. She recalls her tender memories with Anirudh and silently bids farewell to the city.

The next morning, Tanuja confronts Anirudh and urges him to take full responsibility for the situation. Anirudh explains that he already did so the previous night. Arshi offers to return to her parents’ house if he feels uncomfortable with her presence, but Anirudh reassures her that both she and the unborn child are now his responsibility. Tanuja insists he accompany Arshi to the hospital, while Arshi makes it clear that she doesn’t want to be an obligation. Despite her reluctance, Anirudh promises to support her, acknowledging that none of this is her fault. He helps her get ready, while Tanuja and Bipasha quietly hope for peace and harmony in the family.

At the hospital, Anirudh meets Dr. Purvi, who assures him that both Arshi and the baby are in good health. He encourages Arshi to speak up if she has any concerns, then steps out to collect her prescribed medicines.

In Mumbai, Jhanak meets a casting director and hands over her profile. Impressed by her, the director assigns his assistant, Sneha, to coordinate her styling. Determined to reclaim her life and career, Jhanak expresses hope and resolve as she embarks on a new beginning.

Back at home, Arshi playfully questions Anirudh about the excessive fruits he brought. He insists they’re essential for the baby’s health, and his concern brings a soft smile to Arshi’s face.

Elsewhere, a lawyer approaches Jhanak and informs her that she is the sole heir to Brij Bhushan’s estate. Though initially skeptical, Jhanak listens as he explains that Brij had left her a house in Mumbai and other assets. Remembering the kindness of past strangers, she decides to trust him. She visits the house and calls it a blessing from Brij Bhushan. She also reveals she has been offered the lead role in a film and expresses a desire to seek Brij’s blessings.

Meanwhile, Anirudh calls Aditya. Aditya regrets that Jhanak still doesn’t know the full truth. Anirudh admits that while he will fulfill his responsibilities toward Arshi and the baby, he will never stop loving Jhanak. Aditya reassures him, saying the baby will give him new strength and hope. Still, Anirudh expresses concern for Jhanak’s well-being in Mumbai. Aditya promises to ensure her safety.

Back at home, Lal and Bipasha approach Tanuja. Lal raises suspicion about a possible connection between Lalon and their father regarding the family house. Tanuja is confused, but Lal insists they need to uncover the truth. Bipasha suggests they talk to Shubh. Tanuja considers speaking with him to clarify the matter. Meanwhile, Lalon struggles to find a job and becomes increasingly anxious. Appu comforts him, advising patience and calm. She expresses frustration that people like Arshi, Shrishti, and Shubh seem to control others’ lives and encourages Lalon to resist their influence.

Later, Jhanak travels with the lawyer to her inherited house. Two locals join them as guides to help her settle in the area. Filled with a mixture of nerves and hope, Jhanak prepares to begin a new chapter in her life, determined to rebuild her future on her own terms.
