Saras and Kumud update Friday 27 June 2025

The episode begins with Danny arriving to meet Kusum, but before he can speak, Yash’s mother interrupts, ridiculing and taunting him. She accuses him of betraying them and asks if he has more bitterness to spit at the family. Vidyachatur arrives and sternly tells Danny not to visit frequently, saying the family will soon vacate the house. Guniyal emotionally confronts him, asking if they ever lacked in showing him love, and questions why he felt the need to take everything from them.

Yash’s mother angrily blames the family for forcing Kusum to marry Danny, calling him a cheat who never valued them. Kusum then confronts Danny, heartbroken, and questions how he could betray her trust and make her family homeless just to follow Ghuman’s orders. The family leaves them alone to talk. Kusum coldly tells Danny that she’ll take care of her family on her own now. He responds, saying he came only to make sure everyone was okay. She replies, “We’re not okay, but we will be soon.”

Once they’re alone, Kusum drops her act and asks Danny about the property papers. He says he hasn’t found them yet and suspects someone close is secretly helping Ghuman. Kusum vows to find out who it is. Danny warns her to be cautious so no one suspects her. She tells him to be careful as well.

Elsewhere, Majnu informs Saras that Kusum is helping them and will return soon. Meanwhile, Badimaa calls Saras to ask about Kumud. Saras tells her everything that has happened. Shocked and in tears, Badimaa expresses her sorrow over Kumud’s plight. Saras promises to rescue her. Badimaa says the entire family is preparing to come there because the situation is getting out of hand. Saras asks her to wait, explaining he’s disguised as Sheikh and revealing his identity now could endanger Kumud’s life. Badimaa encourages him to stay strong before ending the call.

Badimaa prays tearfully for Kumud’s safe return. Meanwhile, Kumud remains locked in Jugnu’s house, crying. Jugnu enters with tea and hears her whisper Saras’s name. Offended, he reminds her he’s Jugnu. She recoils and refuses the tea. Jugnu insists he’ll get wedding items for their marriage. Kumud protests, saying she’s already married and can’t marry him. Jugnu tries to convince her she’ll forget Saras in time and love him instead. He leaves, saying they must get married soon.

Elsewhere, Menka questions Kabir on why he’s delaying their plans now that Danny and Kusum are distanced and the brothers are at odds. Kabir tells her there’s one final thing he needs to do before moving forward with their agenda, assuring her that their goals will soon be achieved.

Kusum takes Kajal to meet Saras. Kajal teases Saras, thinking he brought her there because he couldn’t stay away from her. When Majnu offers her money, Kajal assumes they want her company and flirts. But when they press her about Kumud’s whereabouts, she realizes their true intentions and gets angry, throwing the money away. Kusum pleads with her to listen.

Kajal refuses, fearing Sunanda’s wrath if she finds out. Majnu tries to reassure her, saying they won’t let Sunanda know. Just as she tries to leave, Saras stops her and removes his Sheikh disguise. Kajal is stunned to see Saras. Meanwhile, Kumud remains distraught, still trapped.

Saras appeals to Kajal emotionally, explaining that Kumud is not just his wife but the reason he lives. He tells her how deeply he loves Kumud and pleads with her to help him find her. Touched by his sincerity, Kajal agrees to help. Saras thanks her gratefully.

Kumud tries to escape, but the door is locked. Saras, Majnu, and Kajal begin searching possible locations where Jugnu might have taken her. Kajal guides them, but they find nothing. At one location, Saras breaks a lock, only to find it’s the wrong place. Frustrated, they move on.

Jugnu returns to Kumud with wedding items—sindoor and mangalsutra. He tells her she will look beautiful wearing them. Kumud pleads with him to stop, saying she cannot marry him. Jugnu insists he’s done everything for her and sacrificed everything he had to make her his. He promises not to touch her until she agrees to marry him, claiming it as true love.

Kumud responds that real love sets the other person free, and if he truly loved her, he would’ve let her go back to Saras. Jugnu grows angry and storms out. Kajal, meanwhile, wonders where Jugnu could have taken Kumud. She speculates they may be planning to leave the city soon.

Kajal tells Saras that Jugnu is very much in love with Kumud and won’t hurt her. She mentions that he visits the temple regularly. Saras gets an idea upon hearing this.
