Saras and Kumud update Monday 30 June 2025

The episode begins with Saras bringing Kumud back to the Desai house. The entire family lights up with joy upon seeing them. Kumud runs to her family, overcome with emotion, and begins crying as she embraces them. Kusum hugs her first, asking where she had been. One by one, everyone hugs Kumud warmly. Guniyal scolds her gently, asking how she could leave without informing anyone. Kumud, remorseful, admits she made a mistake and promises never to do it again.

Vidyachatur, concerned, asks her what happened and where she had been all this time. Badimaa intervenes, saying they should let her rest and eat before talking more. Saras greets Vidyachatur, who hugs him and says that although Kumud wasn’t with Saras, he had full faith he would bring her back. Badimaa hugs Saras, tearful, and when he asks why she’s crying, she replies that her two children—Saras and Kumud—have returned, and she’s just overwhelmed with emotion.

Suddenly, a car arrives, catching everyone’s attention. It’s Danny. He runs towards them, smiling, but is met with cold stares. Guniyal confronts him, asking if he’s come to throw them out of the house. Badimaa stops Saras from reacting, saying Danny is no longer just Saras’ brother but Ghuman’s son too.

To everyone’s shock, Saras and Danny hug warmly. Saras reassures them, saying Danny is his brother first, and he left the house in his care. Danny apologizes sincerely to the family for everything, explaining that his earlier harsh behavior was only an act. He kneels down before Vidyachatur, who lifts him up kindly.

Danny then reveals he overheard Ghuman plotting over the phone, which led him to call Saras. In a flashback, we see Danny secretly listening to Ghuman’s conversation. Saras explains that he had asked Danny to pretend and stay close to Ghuman to uncover the truth about the house documents and Ghuman’s allies. Danny adds that he suspected someone from within the house was helping Ghuman, so he asked Kusum to stay alert.

Kusum confirms this, and Danny shares that Ghuman brought fake documents while he located the original ones. He hands them to Vidyachatur, who blesses him for his loyalty and courage.

Guniyal questions why they weren’t told earlier. Vidyachatur says he didn’t want to cause further stress while Saras and Kumud were still missing. Badimaa then asks who helped Danny. Danny responds: Kabir. Everyone is stunned. Saras admits he didn’t know Kabir stole the papers but is thankful he returned them.

Kabir enters and tells everyone he only did what he thought was right and asks for their trust. Vidyachatur assures him they trust his intentions and thanks him. However, Kumud silently wonders if Kabir and Ghuman are secretly working together.

Kabir leaves, and Guniyal suggests they all sit down for a meal. Vidyachatur happily agrees, saying they should eat together as a family today. Badimaa asks Saras if he’d like some Sheera, to which he happily nods. Kusum watches Danny fondly. Badimaa thanks Ambe Maa for reuniting the family.

Meanwhile, at home, Ghuman is exercising, admiring a red saree, and saying that red was made just for her. She receives a call from Kalika, who tells her everything that happened. Ghuman is left fuming, gripping the saree in frustration.

Danny, talking to Kusum, expresses disbelief over Ghuman’s actions, questioning why she would betray the family just for property. Kusum says she doesn’t understand it either. Danny says he wants to confront her directly. He admits that despite everything, he still sees Ghuman as a mother and needs answers. Kusum advises him to be patient, suggesting Saras might have a reason for holding him back. She gently holds his hand to support him.

Kalika is shown laughing to herself, and Yash’s mother asks why she seems so cheerful. Kalika replies it’s a good day, especially with Danny bringing the original documents. She adds that now they’ll always live in the house. Yash’s mum agrees but Kalika warns her not to be too optimistic, reminding her that the house is still in Vidyachatur’s name. She urges her to convince him to transfer the property to Yash. Yash’s mum agrees and leaves to speak with him.
