Saras and Kumud update Wednesday 2 July 2025

The episode begins with Ghuman trying to convince Menka to stay. The two sit down together and share tea.

Meanwhile, Kalika continues her manipulative games, this time targeting Moti Bhabhi. She slyly provokes her against the Desai family and dismissively tells her to search for her missing spectacles instead of questioning her. As Moti Bhabhi searches, she accidentally bumps into Gunn. Gunn reassures her that no one is speaking ill of her.

Kalika watches the scene unfold with amusement, clearly enjoying the chaos she’s creating. Suddenly, the man from whom she had borrowed money calls to demand repayment. Kalika asks for more time. In a panic, she rushes to Kusum’s room to retrieve the necklace she had hidden there, hoping to use it to repay the debt. However, Kusum discovers the necklace before Kalika can get to it. Kalika realizes her plan has failed and quickly tries to cover it up by falsely accusing Kusum of theft, claiming Kusum had stolen the necklace.

Elsewhere, Vidyachatur (VC), Gunn, and Dugba (DB) are sitting together when Moti Bhabhi barges in with complaints. She claims she found her missing necklace in Kusum’s room. VC immediately defends Kumud and Kusum, stopping her from making any more accusations. She then shifts the conversation back to the house inheritance. VC calmly tells her that when the time is right, everything will be passed on to Yash.

DB starts to wonder if Saras has uncovered Ghuman’s long-held secret. Gunn notices DB’s anxiety and questions her about it. DB tries to brush it off by saying she’s just concerned for Kumud, but Gunn isn’t convinced. She later informs VC of DB’s strange behavior. VC believes it’s only due to her concern for Kumud, but Gunn remains skeptical.

Meanwhile, Saras and Kumud are deep in discussion about Kabir and the mysterious child Ghuman allegedly tried to kill. Kumud suggests they question Menka to learn more. DB overhears their conversation and asks them what’s going on. Saras explains everything: how Ghuman once gave a child to Sunanda to be killed, how Menka intervened and saved the baby, and how both women paid Sunanda to keep the entire incident hidden.

Shocked by the revelation, DB rushes to find something important. She brings back an old photograph showing LN (Saras’s father), Saras’s mother, and Saras himself. In the picture, Saras’s mother is visibly pregnant — hinting at a deeper secret waiting to unfold.
