The episode begins with Meghla expressing her deep concern for Ranbir’s condition to Mahua. Mahua tries to reassure her, saying that nothing serious will happen. She shares what Chandan has told her about Ranbir’s health. Then, noticing Meghla’s emotional state, Mahua questions why she is so affected. Meghla breaks down in tears, admitting she doesn’t understand her own feelings. Mahua says she understands what’s going on and comments that ever since Ranbir came into their lives, problems have only multiplied. She adds that if she had known this earlier, she would have never allowed anyone to get close to Ranbir. She walks away, leaving Meghla confused. Still overwhelmed, Meghla prays for Ranbir’s recovery, saying she won’t be able to forgive herself if anything bad happens to him.

At the hospital, the doctor informs the Bajwa family that Ranbir is out of danger. Zoravar insists on taking him home, but the doctor explains that Ranbir must remain under observation for a while. Meher requests to see Ranbir, and the doctor allows it. Meanwhile, Adrija expresses her wish to speak to Chandan. Zoravar uses the moment to criticize Meghla, saying she had no right to meet Ranbir without informing anyone. Chandan, however, stands up for Meghla, explaining that he trusts her completely and that the situation is being misunderstood. The atmosphere remains tense.

Back at the Sen household, Mahua scolds Meghla harshly for her actions. Meghla, emotionally drained, asks whether it’s wrong to feel concern for someone like Ranbir. She blames herself for his accident. Mahua angrily questions her motives and her emotional involvement. Meghla explains her intentions, insisting she never wanted to get married and genuinely hopes Ranbir ends up with Adrija. Mahua responds by praising Adrija and claiming that she deserves someone better than Ranbir. She harshly tells Meghla to stop worrying about Adrija and criticizes her behavior, saying it’s been hurtful. Meghla silently bears the insult.

At the hospital, Adrija supports Zoravar’s opinion and says Meghla is indeed at fault. Chandan warns her not to interfere, but Zoravar insists that Adrija is right. Adrija then reveals to the entire family that Meghla and Ranbir were seen together at the park, bringing disgrace to the family. Zoravar becomes furious and throws an accusing look at Meher. Everyone grows anxious. Impressed by Adrija’s straightforwardness, Zoravar praises her and even offers her a job at his hotel, leaving her pleased. Balveer then takes Zoravar in to meet Ranbir.

Chandan later confronts Adrija about her behavior, but she defends herself confidently. Chandan feels increasingly frustrated. At the same time, Mahua warns Meghla to control herself before Adrija sees her in that state. She also says she doesn’t believe Meghla’s claim that there were no feelings involved with Ranbir. Meghla insists she has been honest and cannot help what others think, but Mahua refuses to believe her.

Meanwhile, in the hospital room, Ranbir recounts the events leading up to his accident. Zoravar questions him angrily for choosing to meet Meghla instead of attending his award ceremony, and even blames Meghla for the accident. Elsewhere, Meghla tries to understand the coldness and odd behavior of Mahua and Adrija in recent days. When she questions Mahua about it, the latter doesn’t give a direct answer. Instead, she cryptically says that one day Meghla will understand the truth — and realize how fortunate she is to be part of their family. Meghla is left puzzled and emotional.
