Jhanak update Saturday 5 July 2025

The episode begins with Jhanak escaping from captivity. The goons wake up and, realizing she’s gone, hurriedly lock the door again. Meanwhile, Jhanak is relieved to have made it out and runs away as fast as she can.

At the same time, Shrishti informs Vinayak that Lalon has used court orders to evict Shubh and Tanuja. She recounts everything that happened and says she had warned Arshi to stay away from Anirudh. Shrishti is somewhat glad that Lalon allowed the rest of the family to remain in the house and speculates that Appu might help bring Jhanak back. Vinayak asks her to call Arshi. When she does, Arshi explains that Appu and Lalon have arrived and are refusing to accept any money—they want full control of the house. Vinayak asks why. Arshi says they claim it’s to teach Shubh a lesson. Shrishti says their intention is clear and warns Arshi again, urging her to leave that house and come to them. Vinayak, however, disagrees and insists Arshi should stay with Anirudh.

Back on the streets, the goons are frantic when they realize Jhanak is missing. She sprints down the road while the goons chase after her.

Meanwhile, Anirudh notices Arshi is unwell and asks what’s wrong. She tells him she’s experiencing stomach pain. He suggests she speak with Dr. Ghosh and asks why she didn’t tell him earlier. Arshi, worried, asks if their baby will survive. Anirudh assures her everything will be fine and checks if she’s hurt. She explains the pain started the night before. As they continue talking, she asks if something is troubling him. He says Aditya had called. Arshi assumes it’s about Jhanak and tells him he can go if he wants. Anirudh reveals that Jhanak is missing. Arshi, coldly, says she feels no sympathy or affection for Jhanak.

Anirudh confesses he pretended to be unwell to stop Jhanak from leaving, knowing Kul is after her life. He considers going to Mumbai to find her but is torn because he doesn’t want to leave Arshi in her condition. Arshi acknowledges she is his responsibility but adds that Jhanak is his true love. Anirudh says he’ll call the doctor, but Arshi insists she’ll manage. He tells her the baby is important to him. Still conflicted, he tries to believe Jhanak will save herself and says Aditya is there to help her. They continue arguing.

Meanwhile, Jhanak is confronted by one of the goons, but she manages to push him away and escapes. Anirudh remains anxious about Arshi’s condition. Jhanak manages to hide inside a moving truck and eventually falls asleep.

The next morning, Anirudh speaks to Aditya. He explains he can’t leave because Arshi has been having stomach pains for two days. Aditya shares that they still haven’t been able to trace Jhanak. Anirudh believes someone is seeking revenge against her. Aditya agrees and tells him he’s informed the police that Kul could be responsible.

Back at the house, Anuradha says she never wanted anyone to be thrown out. Appu compliments her kindness. Lalon stands firm, stating he will never give the house back to Shubh. Sameer supports him. Anuradha thanks Kajal for her support. A heated argument breaks out with Jhimli, and Lalon defends Appu from her harsh words.

Elsewhere, Anirudh tells Aditya he failed to keep Jhanak safe. Aditya agrees that danger will always follow her. Anirudh admits that though he loves Jhanak, he’s unable to protect her. He pleads with Aditya to save her, saying he trusts him completely. Aditya reveals that he, too, loves Jhanak even though she never returned his feelings. He’s terrified for her safety and hasn’t stopped worrying.

Back at the house, Appu suddenly asks Lalon if she’s going to die. Kajal comforts her, telling her not to think that way. Appu recalls her mother saying something similar in the past, and she believes it now. Lalon becomes emotional. Appu says that one day Jhimli will regret how badly she treated her. Lalon and Kajal scold Jhimli for her behavior. Both Aditya and Anirudh break down during their phone conversation. Aditya tells him to stay put and promises to keep him updated.

At a roadside dhaba, the truck carrying Jhanak comes to a stop. The staff notice blood stains and ask the driver about it. The driver instructs a helper named Chotu to investigate. Chotu opens the back of the truck and finds Jhanak inside.
