Saras and Kumud update Sunday 6 July 2025

The episode begins with Kabir presenting a bouquet of flowers to Ghuman. He tells her that no one knows he’s currently in Ratnagiri. She accepts the flowers but seems uneasy. Kabir notices her tension and asks if something is wrong. Ghuman vents that Danny has been avoiding her, staying out late, and not answering her calls. She wonders if Vidyachatur and his daughters are turning Danny against her. Kabir reassures her, saying they have no real influence on Danny and promises that soon the Desai family will be out of his life and heart. She worries about Kabir’s plan and whether it will succeed, especially since he’s heading to the UK. Kabir assures her to trust him. Ghuman hints at emotional attachment, saying she’ll never forget him. Kabir says he should leave before anyone sees him, and departs.

Just then, Kumud spots them together and is stunned. After Ghuman walks away, Kumud rushes to tell Saras that Kabir is still in Ratnagiri, not away as he claimed. Saras is surprised. Kumud suggests confronting him, but Saras says that might tip him off. He believes only Menka can reveal the truth. They agree Danny must remain unaware for now. Saras calls Danny to check on him. Danny says he’s at home and that Menka is there too. Saras tells him to keep her there—they need to speak with her urgently. Danny agrees, puzzled.

Meanwhile, Ghuman drives home, frustrated. She reflects on how her previous plans failed—Sunanda couldn’t split up Kumud and Saras, and Danny is behaving strangely. But she’s determined to make her final move successful.

Saras and Kumud arrive at the house and ask Danny about Menka. He tells them she’s packing in her room. When they knock and enter, Menka is gone. Saras immediately calls Danny and questions why he wasn’t watching her. Danny says Menka was packing for a flight tomorrow. He’s confused and asks what’s going on, but Saras avoids answering and says they’ll talk later.

Just then, Ghuman enters the house and feigns surprise at seeing Saras and Kumud. She acts overly sweet, asking how they are. Saras and Kumud, recalling the trauma Sunanda endured, ignore her and walk away. Danny gives her a cold look too. Ghuman smirks, thinking they won’t be around much longer.

At the Desai house, Danny demands answers from Saras and Kumud. He asks where Kumud had disappeared to earlier and why Saras suddenly needed so much money. He suspects they haven’t truly forgiven him. Kumud tries to reassure him. Saras tells him that while they’re hiding something, it’s for a reason, and everything will be revealed at the right time. For now, they ask him to continue managing the house and business. Danny agrees, and Saras embraces him. Kumud is pleased.

Kalika visits Ghuman, begging for money. She tells Ghuman that Dinesh Bhai is pressuring her for repayment. Ghuman, angry that Kalika failed her earlier tasks, is hesitant. Kalika pleads, saying she’ll help Ghuman against the Desai family and leak their secrets. Ghuman finally gives in.

Later, Saras and Kumud update Badimaa. They say Menka is avoiding them and leaving for Dubai tomorrow. Badimaa says she’ll continue looking into the hospital records. Saras insists that Menka is the only one who knows Ghuman’s dark truth. Badimaa encourages him to keep pursuing her and says she’s off to the hospital again.

Ghuman gives Kalika the money, warning her not to take her generosity lightly. Kalika is thrilled and promises to be loyal. On her way back, Kalika bumps into Saras and Kumud, accidentally dropping the cash. They are shocked to see so much money. Kalika nervously claims she withdrew it from the bank to buy gold bangles. She excuses herself.

At the hospital, Badimaa seeks information about a baby born on May 9, 1993. The receptionist tells her old records aren’t available, but suggests speaking with a retired nurse who might have kept documents. Badimaa decides to follow this lead.

Back at home, Danny speaks with Kusum, trying to gather clues about Menka. He realizes no one knows anything. Danny considers asking Badimaa but hesitates, fearing Saras will find out. Then, in desperation, he calls Ghuman. She’s delighted he reached out but becomes suspicious when he asks about Menka. She lies, saying she has no idea. After the call ends, Ghuman is annoyed and wonders why Danny suddenly wants to know about Menka.
