Jhanak update Thursday 10 July 2025

The episode begins with Vihaan mentioning that they know nothing about the girl. Akshat observes that she appears to come from a wealthy background. Vihaan expresses concern that her husband might come and cause trouble but thanks Akshat for handling the situation. Akshat admits he can’t bring Avni back but can help reduce some problems in Vihaan’s life.

Meanwhile, Vihaan’s family is caught in an argument. Ketki scolds Prachi harshly, while Sejal defends her saying she was just asking questions. Babuji insists Prachi will eat whatever is prepared, but Ketki declares she will obey only her. Anirudh stands up for Bablu and Anjana, questioning Lalon if he has ever cared for Bablu. Bablu states he doesn’t want help from Lalon, who has made strict rules in the house and insists many people need to be taught discipline.

Bipasha reacts angrily, saying if she had known the house wasn’t Lalon’s, she wouldn’t have married him. Lalon challenges her to break the marriage and leave if she wants but insists that until then, everyone must follow his rules. He asks Lalon to see his wife, who is willing to break the marriage but refuses to do any work, reminding him how his mother managed the entire household single-handedly.

Anjana declares she’s had enough for the day. Tanuja asks if Anjana pities her, but Anjana replies no and tells her to work as Lalon demands, offering to help. Lalon refuses her help. Appu simply asks for love, and Lalon states that now Tanuja and Bipasha are responsible for household work. Appu asks Bipasha to fetch water, and Choton smiles quietly.

Elsewhere, Jhanak is getting ready with Sarika’s help. Sarika asks if she’s married, and Jhanak recalls her marriage with Anirudh before confirming yes. Sarika senses Jhanak is angry with her husband but doesn’t press further. She encourages Jhanak to eat and promises to visit her. Meanwhile, Hitesh and Bhavesh talk to the children, mentioning that Vihaan is their mother’s favorite and that her anger will subside once she meets him and his son.

Back home, Appu stops Anjana from making tea and calls Tanuja to do it instead. Tanuja struggles to turn off the gas stove, causing the tea to spill. Appu orders her to clean up, but Tanuja complains about ruining her nails. Lalon tells Anjana to rest, while she remarks that Tanuja has never cooked before. Choton encourages her to try, but Bablu insists they shouldn’t treat her harshly.
Tanuja eventually brings the tea. Lalon receives a call and asks Choton to manage things before leaving. Sarika asks Jhanak about her husband, but Jhanak brushes off the question. Sarika assures her of their trust and speaks about Vihaan, praising him and telling how Avni was a kind woman. She explains that Vihaan lives for his baby since Avni’s passing and that his orthodox family did not accept Avni, which forced him to live far away.

Jhanak wonders if Vihaan will stay or return. Sarika says she isn’t sure but thinks he came only to drop off the baby. Meanwhile, Ketki talks to the neighbors. Prisha mentions welcoming the new daughter-in-law, but Ketki scolds her sharply. Bipasha complains to Lalon about making Tanuja do household work, but Lalon dismisses her complaints.

Choton sings to welcome the newcomers, joking with Bablu. Bipasha questions why Tanuja is being forced to work and asks if Lalon has no shame. Appu tells her to stop complaining and help Tanuja since she is her best friend. Choton tells Anjana not to help Tanuja and taunts Bipasha for not helping.

Vihaan’s father chats with friends, confident that Ketki’s anger will dissipate after meeting Vihaan. Sarika and Jhanak talk, with Jhanak admitting no one can ease her pain. Sarika asks if she has a mother, but Jhanak says she has no one. Sarika consoles her and urges her to eat. Akshat and Vihaan arrive, and Sarika compliments how well Jhanak looks. Akshat praises the ‘happy family’ they portray but reminds Vihaan it’s all an act, and only they know the truth. Vihaan calls Akshat to follow him.

Ketki gets angry at her granddaughter Priyanshi, who says she needs to visit Rani’s house. Ketki scolds her sharply. On the way, Vihaan thinks about how uneasy he feels giving Avni’s identity to someone else but justifies it for the sake of his son Ahaan. Akshat mentions that Vihaan should call his friends from Kolkata, including his best friend who works in an IT company. Vihaan agrees he couldn’t meet him last time but plans to now. Jhanak wonders if he means Anirudh and silently prays.
