The episode begins with Parag telling Anupama that it’s entirely her decision what to share with Prem, but insists that both she and her daughter must stay away from him. He thanks her for her time and says, “Jai Shri Krishna.” Anupama stops him and responds that he has said all he wanted to. She points out that although he has investigated many things about her, he has overlooked one important detail.

She explains that she neither accuses others without reason nor accepts baseless accusations against herself. She reveals that once Anuj Kapadia’s empire was in her name, and now she runs a small kitchen business. She asserts that happiness cannot be bought with money. She agrees with him that they are not equals—because he is begging for his son, making him unequal to the one who gives.

She says she will pray that his son returns to him, understanding the pain of a child being away from their parents. However, she firmly states that Prem is not a possession she can hand over to anyone. Prem is educated and wise, and she cannot force him into any decision.

She promises to try to make her daughter understand as well. She accuses Parag’s son of lying to both her and her daughter from the very beginning. She questions how a relationship founded on lies can be trusted. She insists that while Parag wants to protect his son from her daughter, she wants to protect her daughter from his deceitful son.

Parag retorts that people like her lie often, but both sides know their true social status. He claims the people Prem keeps close will eventually leave him. Anupama challenges him to look closely—his status is slipping away. She declares she wants her daughter to be happy, and her happiness cannot be with his dishonest son. She tells Parag to take his son back, and she will take her daughter away from him.

As she walks away, Anupama recalls Prem saying he was an orphan, Prarthana denying any knowledge of Prem, and then calling Parag Kothari “Papa.” She remembers asking Prem to tell the truth about himself and sits, shocked and conflicted. She wonders how she can bear this lie, how Rahi will handle it, and what she will say to everyone.

Despite warnings not to trust Prem, she ignored her doubts. She regrets allowing Prem to stay in her home and letting her daughter fall in love with him. She questions how to make Rahi understand not to love Prem and reflects on how she once considered Prem as her own son, sheltering him against all odds without verifying the truth. She questions why Prem lied so profoundly.

Meanwhile, Rahi waits for Anupama and wonders where she has gone, why Prem looks stressed, and what might be troubling him. She senses a looming storm and prays that everything will turn out alright.

Parag returns home and tells Moti Baa about his meeting with Anupama. Baa worries that if Anupama manages to separate Prem from her daughter, Prem might return home heartbroken. Parag remarks that Anupama is clever and he’s unsure what she will do next. Prarthana overhears this conversation.

Anupama arrives home. Toshu asks where she went, mentioning the many orders waiting. Rahi also inquires about her whereabouts. Babu Ji asks if everything is alright, and Toshu wonders if something happened. Anupama asks about Prem’s whereabouts.

Rahi informs her that Prem has gone out to deliver orders but seems worried that Prem had something important to share. Prem returns carrying boxes and asks for help. As he sets them down, his phone slips from his hand and he receives a call from Prarthana. Upon reading her message, Anupama suddenly slaps him hard, shocking everyone. She declares that the slap is for all the lies he has told them—Prem Parag Kothari. Everyone is stunned.

She accuses him of not only lying but mocking their emotions. She says she asked him repeatedly about his family, but he never told the truth. She orders him to leave her house and stay away from her daughter’s life. Rahi insists that Prem cannot be a Kothari and that he wouldn’t lie to her.

Anupama challenges Prem to see how much Rahi trusts him—trusting his lies more than her mother’s truth. She says her daughter trusted him deeply, but he betrayed that trust. Rahi insists there must be some misunderstanding, claiming Prem wouldn’t hide such a significant truth. Anupama states flatly that Prem is the son and heir of the Kothari family, Parag Kothari’s son. She demands Prem say his full name and show some shame. She asks if Parag Kothari is really his father. Prem nods in agreement, stunning Rahi. Pakhi smiles, clearly scheming.

Baa reminds everyone that she had warned them, but they did not listen. She says Prem will return to his palace after having love affairs with both daughters. She challenges the silence and says she was right while everyone else was wrong. Anupama admits she was wrong for the first time, recalling that when she first met Prem, she saw a reflection of Kanha Ji in him.

He took her to Dwarka and brought her daughter back to her. She accepted him as her son from her heart and trusted him deeply—but now she has lost trust in herself. She accuses Prem of lying at every turn and denying the existence of his family. Baa asks how he could shamefully call his living parents dead. Anupama demands to know why Prem kept them in the dark.

She reminds him how when Rahi was angry at her, Prem comforted her by saying no one can love a child like a mother, encouraging Rahi to accept her mother. She says Prem brought Rahi back after much effort, so if Rahi was wrong, how is it right for Prem to cause pain to his parents? Anupama says she let him stay here, believing she had found a brave son fighting alone against the world.

She admits she was stubborn and insisted Prem stay, considering him family. She says people say one gets cheated when trying to do good. She laments that if her own children could not be truly hers, then how could a stranger become her son? She recalls asking Prem about Prarthana and how he denied knowing her, even though Prarthana hugged him emotionally. She says she trusted him and gave her daughter to him, but he hadn’t been to his own home for years and came back only to threaten and fight with his father.
